last update 21 May 25 broke scrolling

    I have used this plugin for 5 years an suddenly after the 21 May Update. The banner has stopped scrolling and just flashes news items over the top of each other. Not useable! Sorry.

    Thanks for your message and really sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing.

    Just to clarify, there was no update on 21 May – the previous update was on 10 February 2025, and the latest one was released on 25 May 2025. Sometimes, after an update, certain issues may appear if your site uses a caching or optimization plugin. These can interfere with updated scripts and cause unexpected behavior like the one you’re seeing.

    To fix this, please try clearing your site cache, browser cache, and any plugin-related cache (like from LiteSpeed, WP Rocket, Cloudflare etc.).

    Also, to properly investigate and resolve the issue, I would really appreciate it if you could share a link to a page where the ticker is active. That will help me check what’s going wrong and provide a quick solution.
