Hi, yes I will close and mark resolved, thanks again.
Hi
OK, so I installed latest version 1.1.2. and completed a full back up but this time I excluded images as my site has 2000 products with multiple images for each and it would be no issue if I had to re import those images to try and make the backup smaller.
I made a few changes to my site, edited some products, plugins, some free text and orders and then restored the back up and it worked perfectly restoring to previous copy.
Thanks so much
IanHi
In the backup_ins.php file it also shows an error message stating ‘There is a syntax error on line 1264’ not sure if that helps at all but thought I would mention.
Thanks
IanHi
Apologies for the delay.
I have enabled debug and then checked the file after completing a back up which finished really quickly and was only 165MB which is too small compared to previous back ups.The debug file shows several of the following errors
[26-Mar-2023 10:36:01 UTC] PHP Deprecated: Required parameter $link follows optional parameter $show_dates in /home/strictm6/public_html/en/wp-content/plugins/backuply/backup_ins.php on line 415

Many thanks

Hi
Any update on this as I have tried to create a back up this week and it has tried three times and stated
Archive created with a file size of 53.89 MB Backup Successfully Completed
The last back up that was successful was 612 MB so is definitely not correct.
Thanks
IanHi
It done that twice where it said completed successfully at 19MB and then the third time is done one for 600MB which was correct.
Thanks

In reply to: [Backuply - Backup, Restore, Migrate and Clone] Version 1.1.0Hi
I think my issues are related to my hosting to be fair.
When I run the feed it maxes out my hosting for a while and it gets stuck but if i just leave it it eventually finishes processing so I will close this support ticket.
Thanks for your help, Ian

In reply to: [Backuply - Backup, Restore, Migrate and Clone] Version 1.1.0Hi
The only things inside the /wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads folder where it gets stuck are the following
an empty index.html file
a .htaccess file that includes only the words ‘deny from all’
I have not put those there but assume they are required and were put there by woocommerce upon install.
Thanks again

In reply to: [Backuply - Backup, Restore, Migrate and Clone] Version 1.1.0Hi, thanks for the reply.
I have tried again today and tried four times.
Twice again it reported backup complete really quickly and stated the backup was 18MB which can not be correct as the previous successful backup was over 400MB
Twice again it stuck at 65% at this point
Adding (L5) : /home/strictm6/public_html/en/wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads
Adding (L5) : /home/strictm6/public_html/en/wp-content/uploads/woocommerce_uploads
There is plenty of storage available however it is causing I/O Usage to max out at 100% when it sticks. Apart freom that I see no other issues.
Many thanks
