In reply to: [Backuply - Backup, Restore, Migrate and Clone] Stuck creating a jobHi
Thank you for the very fast response.
On the site heath page it shows nothing about a schedule missed. All I can see on one of the recommendations is action_scheduler_run_queue is late.I tried again and again it stopped at the same stage 17% showing
Initializing… Creating a job to start Backup.I decided to have a tidy up and delete some of the previous back ups and then tried again and it worked fine and successfully created a back up.
Is there maybe a limit to the number of back ups you can hold at one time?
Thanks
IanHi,
I did not having caching enabled as had not got round to doing that yet and checked that no caching is taking place.
I have enabled caching now and excluded the feed file so will see what happens.
Thanks
Hi
Thank you for the reply, I have sent over the requested URL’s
The same has happened today, products were added at 00:00 on 14.01.23 and according to the log the feed processed at 07.09 this morning but the feed does not include the new products. I could probably do manual refresh but that sort of defeats the point so I will await your response.
Many thanks
IanHI,
Sorry I should have added that the feed is set for twicedaily update, the products were added at midnight and 18 hours later the feed was not including the new products so if it updates twice daily it would have done it within 18 hours.
Thanks
IanOK that’s a shame, thanks
Thank you, that fixed it.
I have had to do it a few times now as it seems to keep happening but reason 1 you gave above fixed it thank you.
After sending support the requested info they advised it was the feed cached. Once I forced through a refresh everything was good.
Great support, all resolved within an hour of the initial post.
Thanks again
IanHi
Thank you for the fast response. I have sent the info as requested.
Many thanks

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Variable ProductsNope, still reports the same, it skips all the products because of duplicated SKU. Not to worry, I am going to delete the products I do not want in google merchant then deactivate the plugin for a while so it does not update the feed.
Thanks for your help though, shame the product feed page does not have some sort of filtering options. The option of editing 10 products that are sorted in alphabetical order in one go is fine if you have 20 or 30 products but if you have ‘000s it is of no help at all. Even if that could be upped to say 100 from 10 it would help but ideally it would filter by category. Maybe you could look into adding that in a future release?
Thanks again

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Variable ProductsHi Igor
OK I have given it a go. I exported 800 variable products and included SKU and meta. I changed the sync-and-show in the products to be dont-sync-and-show in the csv file but when I import it again it skips all the products because of duplicated SKU.
I selected map SKU so not sure why it would do this.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Edit multiple productsUnfortunately I could not get that to work and the csv file was difficult to understand how to edit.
Thanks, but I have decided to purchase the woocommerce Google Ads plugin as it makes it easy to decide what should and should not be submitted.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Variable ProductsHi
Yes there are 4000 products and I wanted to exclude about 400 variable products.
I do like this plug in it was very easy to set up but it seems rather limited by configuration options as to what you want and not want to be sync and show other than editing one product at a time unless you want to mess about exporting to csv editing and re importing, which I tried and failed!
I think I probably need to purchase the woocommerce google product feed plugin as it seems to be much more configurable.
Thanks for your help though and fast responses

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Edit multiple productsHi Igor
Thank you for your reply.
The issue though is that in the product feed tab you only get to select 10 products and they are listed in alphabetical order so how do I select for example products that are not listed in those 10?
I have 4000 products so it is not feasible to keep selecting next page until I find the products I want because there are 400 pages
Is there no other filtering options available on the product feed page?
Thanks

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Edit multiple productsIn case I have not made it clear what I am asking I would just add this..
I have 4000 products but 600 of those I do not want to sync. Those 600 are a specific category so how do I bulk edit those 600 products.
Thanks

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] How to delete Google Merchant Centre AccountThanks you replied to my ticket and I got an email from Google confirming deleted.
I found it a really good plugin. I don’t think I had any issues setting it up and connecting my products to the google merchant account was easy. I only stopped using it because google merchant decided majority of my products were disallowed due to the nature of the products so I don’t really need it.
