  • I am also having this issue and receive the error as below while trying to delete the account

‘This account is a sub-account. It is linked to a main account. To delete this sub-account, contact the administrator of the main account’

GMC confirmed Woocommerce is the main account creator

Earlier in this thread you quote ‘I didn’t know this was the way it worked until I start looking into this issue’ which sounds a little strange to me that you were unaware how your own plugin works.

I have submitted a ticket and await the reply
    Thanks

    Hi @stephjacq

That’s great, that makes sense then as I done a stock status update and the count went up by 10 so presumably 10 products became in stock.

Thanks for the responses, it’s a very easy to use/set up plugin

    Kind regards

    Hi @simplysaru

I am not sure what you mean by hidden/invisible.

Why would there be any hidden or invisible? If you are referring to the option I did already have some products set to ‘Don’t sync and show’ but I still had 3900 items at that time showing in Google Merchant, now I have 3600.

    Many thanks

    Just to add

I do see that I have just over 300 out of stock items, so does the latest version take out ‘out of stock’ items maybe?

    Hi Joost,

Thanks, I think if it was another plugin causing this issue then it would happen to you also. Maybe it is just my phone (Huwawi) that will not allow card entry on mobile.

I will stick with the paypal standard for now, even though that is a bit hit or miss as well because sometimes when it takes you to paypal to complete the payment the only options showing are log in to paypal or create an account and doesn’t always show the pay by card option. I think in general PayPal plugins are very poor but I think that is mainly paypals issue not the plugins.

Thanks for testing though, I appreciate it.

    Many thanks

    Hi

That’s great, have you also encountered the issue?

I’ll keep an eye out for the update and report back.

    Many thanks

    Hi Andreas,

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately I have already tried on two different themes and it is the same on both. Works fine on desktop but not mobile.

I disabled PayPal standard if having this activated so as not to conflict but no good.

I guess the next step is to disable all other plugins and test but that is such a pain. If I do though and it works I will come back and update this thread for others.

    Kind regards
    Ian
