In reply to: [Medium] Featured image on MediumYes, absolutely! Featured Images are important. Is it possible that you might have an older version of the plugin? What version do you have? The newer versions of the plugin does support and pull in the featured image correctly.

~ChadGood question. Yes, it is! If you have multiple users in WordPress, each user will need to get an Integration Token. That Integration Token informs us the user’s permissions for a particular publication.
Each Website contributor that wants to cross post should setup their integration token in WordPress, and the publication on Medium should correspondingly be setup.

Which version of WordPress are you currently using? This looks to be an innocuous error if the posts are successfully getting cross posted. Once I have your version information, I will have enough information to reproduce on my end, and provide a fix.

In reply to: [Medium] Add a different Integration Token to the plugin?You can create a new Integration Token from the Medium Settings menu. From there, you can go back to your user profile on WordPress, and update the Integration Token. If you are an editor of a publication, adding in a valid Integration Token, and clicking on “Refresh Publications” in the user profile menu will bring up all publications that you are an editor of.
Once you see the publication you are looking for, you will be able to cross-post to that publication.

In reply to: [Medium] Custom post typeHello, thanks for reporting. As long as the taxonomy of the post hierarchy is retained, this should not prevent cross-posting. How is your site creating the custom post type? Is it with a plugin or theme? Taking a look at your site, I was unable to determine how the custom post type is created.

The latest release of the plugin, 1.2.2, includes a fix for this issue. Please upgrade at your earliest convenience.

If you upgrade to the latest version of the plugin, version 1.2, this will be fixed now. The backend has also been fixed to properly account for timezones correctly.

Thank you for reaching out. Good news! We have updated the plugin with a minor release, which includes a few bug fixes. It is recommended that all users upgrade to the latest version. Can you upgrade your plugin, and see if your problem persists?
If so, can I ask you to provide me with the following details:
WordPress Version, Medium WordPress Plugin version, the error message that you are seeing, and steps that I can take to reproduce it on my end.
