I just started using the plugin, and during my test runs I could not select a publication to have my posts sent to. So I revoked the integration token, and tried to generate another one – I assumed it was a fluke, or something. But now I cannot enter another integration token, and it still says “Create in publication: None.”

  • You can create a new Integration Token from the Medium Settings menu. From there, you can go back to your user profile on WordPress, and update the Integration Token. If you are an editor of a publication, adding in a valid Integration Token, and clicking on “Refresh Publications” in the user profile menu will bring up all publications that you are an editor of.

Once you see the publication you are looking for, you will be able to cross-post to that publication.

Here is our Medium Help Center document on cross-posting (https://help.medium.com/hc/en-us/articles/213510158).

Also, in the screenshots section, there is a screenshot of the new menu which will be visible on the post editor page. To see that screenshot, go here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/medium/screenshots/.

If you are running into more issues, it might be due to a bug on our end. If you are still having trouble, feel free to reach out to our User Services team at yourfriends@medium.com.
