Hi tahirsatti,
We are able to import every 10 products in 14-20 seconds with images.
This process is a batch of 10 products. First we process first 10 , after that taking next 10 from CSV …like that. It will take average 10-20 seconds for each batch.
How long it is taking for you to show first 10 result?

Are you getting any error? We are using asynchronous ajax to handle the import , so timeout issue will not be there.
Please check
1.Bandwidth of the network connection
2.Server performance
3.Try importing without imageLet us know the details , so we can help.

You can share the exported CSV , so we can check the issue into more detail. As we cannot see anything mistake in that. 3 fields are there and their data as comma separated.
In case you are facing any issues with premium version , we can fix at least by login to your system.

You may be missing product SKU and product id in that.for eg:-
product_id:15|name:Gift5|sku:GFT006|quantity:1|total:198.08

If its different database , then connecting product will not be possible , that’s why its inserted as unknown product. Otherwise you have to import those product also to the new database.

If Order line item details doesn’t have product id or SKU that can’t be connected to any product in importing database , it will show the line items as unknown product.
