Could you share more details about your CSV or Mapping fields so that we can trace the issue.
Product Title is the only required field to map to import a product into Woo Commerce. Please try mapping a field to Product Title.

It seems your image URL is not a valid one. By clicking on the link,it redirects to a cPanel login page. Ideally, the URL should display the image without asking for the password.
In this case, the excel cannot read the image as it is subjected to password clearance.

This error occurs when the Post Id already exists in the target WooCommerce.
Make sure that the Post Id does not exist as Order Id, Post Id, Attachment Id, etc in the target WordPress. All the data types saved in WordPress as POST Id.
Another solution could be to not map ID column. In this option, all the product id will be newly created by WordPress.

We were able to import the product with 6 thumbnail images. Attached the screenshot here. It will be great if you can try again with valid image URLs. If the issue persists please provide us the wp-admin credentials along with sample csv to reproduce the issue.

Did you mean Category usage count? In this case, the count will not be shown correctly for the parent categories, this is a WooCommerce limitation.
