You can use our auto import function in premium version, so you don’t need to bother about the slowness. It will work in background.

It may be your system processes that cause your upload too slow. I think we are done on this.
One suggestion , you can delete the columns that you don’t have any values , so the checking will be discarded.

We have not faced any issue like that. Can you share your CSV of 800K of products. So we can check with it and suggest you on what causing your server to act very slow.
