Hi @spyridoula !
Thank you for your honest review!
Unfortunately, we only have 3 support folk and one of them was out for about a month and one of the others is fairly new to the product. We’ve also been without a developer for some time now.
BUT THE GOOD NEWS is that 1. our full support team is back and ready for action! and 2. We hired a developer and he’s amazing.
You’re absolutely right that we’ve been dropping the ball with regards to support and updates but I’m confident that that’s all behind us and support response time should be much better moving forward.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Kadence Memberships] PHP Warnings (PHP 8.1)One quick question, are these showing up in your logs as soon as the page is loaded or are you doing anything on the front/back end to trigger them?

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Kadence Memberships] PHP Warnings (PHP 8.1)Thanks @joewa1980 !!
Our plugin definitely does not support PHP 8.0 yet (I don’t believe that WordPress even supports it yet) but we are actively looking for 8.0 related bugs so we can be ready for 8.0 as soon as possible.
People like you reporting this stuff is a huge help! I’ll get this sent over to the developer.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Kadence Memberships] Abandoning this pluginHi @rivermile
I’m sorry that you had this experience. I just want to make it clear that we resolved this issue some time ago, and I hope you’ll give us another chance!
If you do decide to give us another go please don’t hesitate to let us know if you run across any other issues.
@obertscloud good news!
We’ve moved this feature from the “ideas” section to the roadmap! We’ll begin working on this feature today.
We’ll let you know when it’s ready.
@fdanell Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention!
If you wouldn’t mind, could you take a second to leave us a quick review here on wp.org?
And please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any other issues!
-James
We’ve just launched a public roadmap and idea submission page to our website:
https://restrictcontentpro.com/roadmap/
Click on the “Ideas” tab and you can see I’ve already submitted your idea.
Feel free to upvote it, as well as add any more details you’d like to provide to the idea.

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Kadence Memberships] Email VerifiedHi there,
Apologies for the delay.
Could you explain your question in just a bit more detail?
Looking forward to hearing back,
-James
Hi there!
Thanks for letting us know about this.
While we look into this and work on fixing it for a future version, could you please try the following:
Using a code editor, or the plugin editor in the wordpress dashboard, navigate to wp-content/plugins/restrict-content/legacy/includes/settings.php and scroll down to line 36
Notice there is one opening ( but there are two closing ).
Try deleting the second one and let me know if that makes your error go away.

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Kadence Memberships] rcp_profile_editor shortcodeYou could probably just wrap that shortcode in a [restrict] shortcode
Just because stripe says we have to do something doesn’t make it true 🙂
As soon as this feature exists you’ll be the first to know.
Hi there @motk88 !
Apologies for the delay, we had a few internal setbacks recently but we’re back and ready for action!
Question, are you using the newer version of the free plugin, or the legacy version of the free plugin?
Could you maybe send a few screenshots of your settings setup?

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Kadence Memberships] SSL problem (let’s encrypt)Hi @camillevingere !
Apologies for the delayed response. We’ve had some changes to deal with internally but we’re past all that and ready for action!
Could you share a link to your website?
@obertscloud thanks for the feedback! I’ll take this to the team.
Just to clarify, are you saying it’s confusing for admins in the backend, or on the front end for end-users?
Thanks!
