Just to confirm, the save payment information button I believe is not related to my issue. The customers payment info is shown on the website if this is ticked yes, but regardless the payment information is not stored onto Stripe.com. I think this is a separate issue.
I cannot remember exactly but i have just checked and the date of this issue 23/2 coincides with the last customers payment info being saved onto Stripe.
It looks like customers were not able to make payments on the website and were getting an error processing payment.
I deactivated plugins and went through all, it looks like deactivating and activating woocommerce and woocommerce stripe gateway fixed the issue at the time.

Yes I am in the UK.
I have attached two screen shots, it looks like SEPA isnt turned on and we are not using the legacy checkout.
I am unsure in regards to the plugin in question being off, that could be a good point. A while ago I did have a problem where I had to disable all plugins and gradually reactivate to find which plugin was causing an issue, maybe this is the reason for card payment info not being saved?
There isnt really a subscription plugin that I knowingly use, the customer makes a payment on the website and their card info is saved on their customer page on stripe, i didnt think a plugin on the wordpress site could influence that.
Shall we see and reactivate it?
On further look at the plugin, it mentions selecting products as a subscription and adding labels to the products I am not sure this is the cause as I do not remember this being done.

Enable payments via saved card option is ticked yes.

Although they do not choose to save it to me knowledge, the option to ‘saved card information’ has always been there but to my understanding that was so they can store their card info on my website front end checkout for future use.
Up until Feb 24, their info would automatically go to my stripe account for future charges.

No commonality I can see, this happens on two accounts I have for two separate businesses using PMPro. if I cancel or the user cancels the membership the error occurs. I cancel the membership through stripe and get multiple error emails and one cancellation info email. Users were not imported. Some only recently created.
All have active subs, nothing has been changed to my knowledge either.
Still waiting for a response on this. Will the next update allow use for clients and customers?

Could I ask how you would suggest getting around the issue of slow booking approval and also slow booking creation by the customer?
A group booking can take up to 15s to go through on the customers side.
I have excluded the booking form from the caching plugin.
Hello. Its not the loading of the appointments page as you can select 20/40/60/250 appointments if required to reduce load time.
It’s when you open the individual appointment and change the status, this takes time. But this is the only way to approve appointments AND send a confirmation email right? Or is there a quicker way to bulk approve AND send an email?

For example, a client makes three bookings and wants to cancel one. They find the email for the booking to cancel, click the link and it cancels another one of the bookings, not the right one.
