    I am sorry but the customer service for this plugin is truly horrendous. I am STILL waiting and gradually getting more and more frustrated.

    I have paid £90 for the pro version and have received one email. Nothing more. The plugin is great but the service or should I say non service is so poor. The last email I received was stating that my account was being looked into.

    Please tell me what to do now I’ve paid for the pro version, there is no difference to the plugin since purchase and the email stated I would receive download instructions for the pro version.

    Sometimes, the download instructions are blacklisted by spam filters, that’s something we’re trying to resolve immediately.
