yes, you are right. I can play with the CSS and I did that already. It is looking like a simple link but unfortunately it is in a separate div-Element below the excerpt. I just would like to have it directly behind the excerpt.
How to merge two divs? 😀

the quick in-code solution worked perfectly fine.
Today I have seen, that there is an official update of the plugin, which I think enabled the features without necessary code changes.
Unfortunately I cannot find a checkbox or similar to deactivate the storage of the IP adresses in the Options menue.
What do I have to do to further not save the IP adresses of the subscribers without performing the code changes after every update?

thanks for hearing your point of view.
Here in germany it is always necessary to have a double-opt-in for E-Mail marketing. In our case here, we have to check if the user has really used the download link to get the consent for further newsletter E-Mails.
For that we do not need to store the date/time or IP-address. Not storing it is even easier, because it is then not relevant for the privacy policy or possible deletion periods.
Therefore: Thanks for thinking about a method to disable the storing of the IP address or even the date/time. Really appreciated!

thanks for your quick response.
Currently I use “Download Monitor” of the developer “WPChill”. But this was just a random one to collect some statistics around the downloading.
Since the beginning we are using Email Subscribers & Newsletters for connecting in newsletters to our followers and are very happy with it. Therefore we are trying to exchange the download plugin and not Email Subscribers & Newsletters. Download Monitor only works with MailChimp (in the Pro-Version).Now we are searching for something like this:
- The user clicks on a download link
- The user has to enter his mail address and confirms our data privacy regulations.
- The user gets a mail with a link in which the mail address is confirmed and the download is started.
- This mail address is then automatically added to the followers in Email Subscribers & Newsletters.
Don’t know if this is possible. On top of that, we also want to stay with Free-plugins, because we are not earning any money currently with our website.
Do you have any idea which plugin combination can be used there?
I also thought about just a download plugin and adding a Email Subscribers & Newsletters “User-Add” hook into the plugin code? But I am not very familiar with php or website programming in general, so this would need to be not too complex 😛

If I just click on “Mass Edit Terms” I can see 15 posts.If I choose “Show all Dates” and “100” as quantity followed by a button click on “Filter”, I just get 10 posts displayed. Regardless of the number I chosse in the Filter dropdown.
How do you get, that more than 15 posts are displayed?
