Hi @jamesosborne,
Thanks for your quick response.
I created a support ticket via the mentioned form. But here already some more background information:- The dashboard shows up for my admin account without any issues. Also for another normal-user it shows up properly.
The “problematic-user”, which has the same rights as the normal-user mentioned before, it shows up properly. The “problematic-user” has changed some metrics, then the issues occurred. Unfornatunately it is not document to which metrics this was changed. Before changing of the metrics it worked flawlessly. - This happened already some months ago, but only working on that now. So also plugin updates, etc… did not solve the issue.
- Resetting the viewing sharing permissions did also change nothing unfortunately.
- The “problematic-user” just clicks on the SiteKit->Dashboard link on the left side in the WordPress menue. Then the previously mentioned error code block shows up. It is not possible to change the metrics back to some other.
Thanks for your help. If you need anything else just let me know.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Cache never deletedHi @vmarko,
thanks again for your help. I have disabled the DatabaseCache and ObjectCache now completely. So in this regards no more files should be created.
Can I now delete the /cache/ folder once, so that all the files are deleted properly? Then I could start from scratch without such amount of files.
I know, this would mean, that once these files are created the first visitor has a lack of performance which would be OK for us.
I have seen, that my provider can activate Zend OPcache for our webpage. Will have a look and perhaps enable that together with the appropriate selection in W3TotalCache.Thanks again and kind regards

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Cache never deletedHi @vmarko,
thanks for your quick help. I configured this plugin once at the beginning after installation a few years ago and have never checked it again. Perhaps I overread the warning message at this point.
But yes, you are right. I was using Disk for Page Cache, Minify, Opcode Cache, Database Cache and Object Cache.
I have disabled the DatabaseCache and Object Cache now completely, as I don’t think that I have an option to use this. I am on a very basic webhosting package I cannot install additional modules on the server. Are these many files now deleted automatically or can I just delete the “cache” folder via FTP without harming my website?
I have made a page speed check and it seems, that it is not much changed with the disabled caching methods, so the warning seems to be correct for my webpage.Am I correct, that when I click “Purge all Caches”, that all files on my server are deleted and the complete cache is built-up from scratch? Or do I need a cron job or similar to remove old files frequently?
Thanks and kind regards

In reply to: [Twenty Twenty-Four] Navigation menue not showing anymoreHi @jordesign, thanks for your help.
I tried out to put the mentioned path to the excluded js-files and enabled minify again. Unfortunately then the navigation menue is not showing up again. The excluding of the JS file is therefore not working or it is not the issuing JS-script file.
Do you have any other idea which file I need to exclude? As I can see there are also some other threads in the forum which mention issues with not displaying navigation menues. Is there a general issue with the theme?
Thanks and kind regards

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Block Cookie if user has not consentHi bekahmcdonald,
thanks for your help. If I set the script URL to
plugins/woocommerceI would expect, that all cookies are blocked. Also the cart-hash and the shop-session. I just want to block specific cookies (which are, from my opinion, not necessary/functional).Do you have also an idea how to block just specific cookies as mentioned above?
Kind regards
GreendroidHi WPKube,
I have done the steps you have shown in the following Github page:https://github.com/stcr/subscribe-to-comments-reloaded/issues/787
That resolved the issue.
Thank you very much and kind regards

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Block Cookie if user has not consentHi ckadenge,
thanks for your quick answer.
If there is no dedicated JS file/path which sets the cookie actively I am not able to block this with my Cookie banner unfortunately.Customizing the plugin is not an option, as I am missing the knowledge there.
I further searched around on other websites running a WooCommerce shop in germany. They are always adding these both cookies to the “Necessary” part with no dedicated consent. Hm… if this is the right option? I doubt that… But maybe I’m just worrying too much 😀Thanks for now, I’ll mark this thread here as resolved as I think we are not coming further here.
Kind regards

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Use a Block-Editor page as Shop pageHi Saif,
thank you very much for your work! The video helped a lot.
I really don’t have this menue option. When I manually try to reach the page you are mentioning (…/wp-admin/site-editor.php) it is showing an error message with: “The theme, which you are using, is not compatible with the Website-Editor”.
So really a theme issue. Hopefully the theme support can help me out at this point and I don’t need to completely switch the theme. This would mean a lot of work to get the same or better look & feel as currently.
Thanks and kind regards

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Block Cookie if user has not consentHi Saif,
regarding the __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid I searched and informed me more within the last hours. I have found a lot of websites and also information article, that these are necessary cookies so that the website can work functional as intended. So no consent seems to be required.
RegardingÂ
woocommerce_recently_viewed andÂstore_notice[notice id]I would need to have the dedicated JS file/path which sets the cookie. Then I know how to block that properly with my cookie banner.
Is this an information you can provide? Thanks and kind regards

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Use a Block-Editor page as Shop pageHi Saif,
thanks for your quick response. I think this is exactly the problem. My theme “OnePress” seems NOT to be a block editor theme. Therefore I miss a lot of options. I already contacted the theme support to get this confirmed.
Can you give me the exact steps where I need to click to come to the template editing mode? Then I can try to reproduce it here.
Thanks and kind regards
