In reply to: HTTP Error 500This morning I spoke to the company that host’s our server to see if they could help, they did a few things, had me do a few things, but nothing is being logged in the cpanel as to what could be causing the issue.
Below is what he told me…
I see nothing in the error logs, I do see the 500 error in the access log but no indicator of cause…since editing a post is a function of WordPress, it could be something with WordPress or a plugin you guys use.
He turned on Word press debugging and had me try editing a product to see what happened, and I got a “Fatal Error”, and he said that tells you that it is something wrong with WOO Commerce.
So Now I am not sure what to do 🙁

In reply to: HTTP Error 500I type in Errors in the “find Functions” box at the top I get under “Metrics” a picture of a pad of paper( thats what it looks like) with a Red exclamation (!) mark in it. When I click on that it takes me to a new page that says at the top .. ” Last 300 Error Log messages in reverse order” with a big grey box below it, but nothing is listed in the grey box

In reply to: Site not updatingNot that I am aware of, but by you asking me this, made something click in my head, the problem started shortly after I installed “All In One SEO Pack”, not sure if this would cause the issue, but things changed right after this was installed. I don’t have allot of plug ins installed because I am not really to sure what should be installed.
I deactivated the All in One Seo pack to see if that changes it.
