• hello everyone,

First off this is all new to me, I am having an issue when I log in and make changes to the site, like change a slider or something,if I click on “view website”, it shows the updates I have done, but if I logout and go to our site as if I was just a person on the internet it the changes I made dont appear. all I see is the site how it was before I updated anything. I have cleared my cache, but not sure what else to do. We also own 2 other domains that are tied to the same site and when I go to each of them it shows the updated webpage.
I have spoken to our server host but they have told me its a problem with the CMS…. no idea what a CMS is.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Cheers
    G71

  • CMS = Content Management System.

WordPress is your CMS but, by default, it does not cache any content. Are you using any caching plugins?

Not that I am aware of, but by you asking me this, made something click in my head, the problem started shortly after I installed “All In One SEO Pack”, not sure if this would cause the issue, but things changed right after this was installed. I don’t have allot of plug ins installed because I am not really to sure what should be installed.
I deactivated the All in One Seo pack to see if that changes it.
