I imported it again from Square and it seems to do the same.
Yes, it seems to work in TwentyTwenty, but not with Theme Forest’s Avada theme.
So do I have to talk to them about this?

I’m using s2member and that’s how I’ve changed my screen image. When I deactivate it goes away, even if I change it to WP logo. I’ll take it up with s2member.

I’m sorry I said it was your plugin, because to be honest I’m actually not sure. The issue seems to repeat, but did correct itself when I removed it. But later one started up again without your plugin. At the same time, our hosting company moved our hosting to an updated server, WordPress was updated and so was DIVI. Any other sites with themes different to DIVI seemed to be fine, but all DIVI sites seemed to work again after removing the security plugin.
Coincidentally, DIVI has come up with an update today and it may have been them all along.

I did remove the plugin and the issue stopped. I didn’t know how to contact you, otherwise I wouldn’t have posted here. And there was a box to tick if this was a support issue, which it wasn’t so I didn’t tick it. If I find out anything to the contrary, I will post it.
I have to repeat, I use your plugin on many sites and find it very good, I just thought you would like to know that in this case it seemed to have a conflict. Not blaming you or your program at all. It just solved the issue for me.

In reply to: new admins don’t see dashboardThank you Swayam for replying. I replaced all of the core files and I was really hopeful, but alas, that didn’t help. I have a functions.php in my child theme and my base theme and I’m not sure where a whitespace would be or which file would be more important to look at.
I did turn off all of my plugins yesterday and then tried to sign in and got the same issue.
Can I show you the functions.php files from both themes (child and main) and you can see if there is any white spaces? Have you heard of this before?
Did you sort this issue @nishant1959 ? I just created a new admin and she was having the exact same issue. I thought it was a database issue, and we looked for the wp-user roles in wp-options and it was missing. I put it in there and it fixed the sign in issue but removed all the roles for my members, in fact they aren’t even available any longer. This does seem like it is a s2member issue. I’ve used this plugin for four years or more and never had an issue before, but then I never created an administrator before either.

I wanted the wide menu that spans the whole width of the page, but I couldn’t get it to work. I have a site that has a huge sub menu (see http://victoriacountystudiotour.com/) and I thought your free version would work to have it show horizontally. Am I right that this should work with your free version?
I couldn’t figure out how to get it to work with my ithemes (builder) theme. Vertical menus aren’t an issue, I can do those without any plugin. Ithemes were the ones that suggested your plugin to have a horizontal menu.
Can you tell me what I could be doing wrong? As I said, the instructions that I found had that extra option in the menu, so without having the pro and not getting that option, how do I get that sub menu to show up horizontally?
