Yes so it turned out our Google Analytics site was not the right one. And our IT gave us the correct analytics site that we did not know we even had. The correct one had the matching ID.
This issue is resolved we had an IT person come in Thankyou.
I sent you a video in the forms showing the tracking IDS. We want to connect our Google Analytics account to our WordPress Site at greencitygrowers.com
The property is created by Google Site Kit. It appears that Google Sit Kit and Google Analytics tag IDs are different. Is there a way to connect them?
Our website property comes up as (UA-143282599-1)
When I search (UA-31289238-1) nothing comes up

Here you can see the problem is we can’t connect our analytics page to our wordpress page
I deleted it and reinstalled it and still get the same message. I noticed when I am not in Trouble Shoot Mode and click the regular page source of the website that theres another UA.
<script> (function(i,s,o,g,r,a,m){i['GoogleAnalyticsObject']=r;i[r]=i[r]||function(){ (i[r].q=i[r].q||[]).push(arguments)},i[r].l=1*new Date();a=s.createElement(o), m=s.getElementsByTagName(o)[0];a.async=1;a.src=g;m.parentNode.insertBefore(a,m) })(window,document,'script','//www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js','ga'); ga('create', 'UA-31289238-1', 'auto'); ga('send', 'pageview');The Google one I installed says
:{“version”:”5.8.1″,”major”:5,”minor”:8},”trackingAllowed”:false,”trackingEnabled”:false,”trackingID”:”UA-130569087-3″};We found that the snippet comes from Site Kit by Google. And that is the only plugin that puts the tag snippet in. So it is in our system which is good? But it still won’t let us connect to Google Analytics for some reason. We still get the message “Error: We’ve detected there’s already an existing Analytics tag on your site (ID UA-31289238-1), but your account doesn’t seem to have access to this Analytics property. You can either remove the existing tag and connect to a different account, or request access to this property from your team.” When we click Complete Analytics Activation. What should we do?
There’s only a MaxMind Geolocation section under the integration. Is there another way I can connect the site kit to google analytics.
I do not know how to check and use the Theme Editor but I filled out the form you sent. My guess is that is has something to do with WooCommerce and how Google Analytics is set up.
The site health status is good and also recommends removing old unused themes and plugins. We have multiple accounts with Google Analytics and our WordPress page which makes it tricky. I have not set up Analytics as it was someone in the company many years ago who set this all up. And we never had Google Analytics work and we are trying to now. WooCommerce is what they are using for our product page.
