When I go to Site Kit by Google and click Complete Analytics Activation. I get the message “Error: We’ve detected there’s already an existing Analytics tag on your site (ID UA-31289238-1), but your account doesn’t seem to have access to this Analytics property. You can either remove the existing tag and connect to a different account, or request access to this property from your team.” I want to connect our website to our Google Analytics account but can’t get past this. Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The property is created by Google Site Kit. It appears that Google Sit Kit and Google Analytics tag IDs are different. Is there a way to connect them?

I sent you a video in the forms showing the tracking IDS. We want to connect our Google Analytics account to our WordPress Site at greencitygrowers.com

Great to hear it, many thanks for the update. Out of curiosity were you informed of the source of the UA-31289238 snippet?

Yes so it turned out our Google Analytics site was not the right one. And our IT gave us the correct analytics site that we did not know we even had. The correct one had the matching ID.
