In reply to: [Stackable - Page Builder Gutenberg Blocks] Remove spacer and divider blockUnfortunately, we found out that this is a bug. Divider and Spacer seem to be missing on our list of Enable & Disable Blocks.
I’ve already reported this, we’ll investigate then include the fixes for this in the future release. π
Would you be able to check on the Stackable menu if the blocks are disabled? If you’ve disabled a block, you won’t be able to add the disabled block. It might be possible that Stackable blocks are disabled on your site, that’s why you are unable to see the Stackable blocks.
Please also check your Block Manager and make sure that Stackable is turned on. You can see the Block Manager on your page then click the Three Dots beside the settings.
If this still doesn’t work, if you still can’t see the Stackable blocks, we can investigate this further. Would it possible for you to give us admin login details with access to the block editor and plugins? Please email it to us directly at support@wpstackable.com. We assure you that the details you’ll provide us will be safe with us and will only be used for the investigation.

In reply to: [Stackable - Page Builder Gutenberg Blocks] Conflict with Default Table BlockThanks for the error report. We found out that this is a bug. We’re currently investigating and fixing this issue. We’ll include the fixes for this in the future release. π
Unfortunately, we currently don’t have an option to make the entire card clickable. But we’ve already added this to our list of suggestions.
I’m sorry to say but the block editor is really strict with blocks being manually edited. If you’ve added some HTML code or if the block’s structure was changed there’s a large chance that the editor would throw an error.
Hi Tim,
Thanks for the error report. We have been trying to replicate the issue in our end, but the problem doesn’t happen. We are using the latest version of WordPress (version 5.4) and PHP version 7.3.Would you be able to send us a sample page containing the issue?

In reply to: [Stackable - Page Builder Gutenberg Blocks] Feature BlockUnfortunately, our blocks don’t have a caption option for the images. But I’ll add this to our list of suggestions. π
Thanks for the error report. However, I would like to ask if you can provide more information about the error you’re encountering. Would you be able to tell us what happened to your Stackable after the update? What error did you see?

In reply to: [Stackable - Page Builder Gutenberg Blocks] Button positioningGlad you liked our new block!
Unfortunately, we don’t a feature that aligns the buttons to the bottom of each column.
You can try to add a Spacer block before the Button block then adjust it manually to align them in an even row.
If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. π
Unfortunately, we don’t have that kind of feature and you can’t add HTML codes or Native HTML block inside the Feature block.
Instead of adding the HTML code inside the Feature block, what you can do is to add a Native HTML block (where you can add the HTML code) before your Feature block. https://bit.ly/2Ri4gMM

In reply to: [Stackable - Page Builder Gutenberg Blocks] languageHi,
You can now change the language used in Stackableβs interface. You can check out our doc on how to translate Stackable in your language: https://wpstackable.com/blog/translations-stackable-in-your-language/Yes, Stackable is accessibility friendly.
If we missed something, you can always report it to us. π
Unfortunately, we don’t have this kind of feature.
This sounds like a special case, you can try to add some custom JS code to unable the click event of the Accordion.
Thanks for the error report. However, I would like to ask if you can provide more information about the error you’re encountering.
We tried replicating the issue, we tested the latest version of Stackable with WordPress 5.3.2 and PHP version 7.3.15, but we are unable to encounter any issues.
If you’re seeing “no ugb/block-posts”, it’s possible that the plugin failed to update properly – there might be a missing file, or the plugin didn’t upload properly. Please try and delete your copy of Stackable plugin first, and try re-installing it and activating it again. This might fix things.
If not, would you email us directly at support@stackable.com with your admin login details with access to the block editor and plugins, so we can check the problem on our end? We assure you that the details you’ll provide us will be safe with us and will only be used for the investigation.
