Hi @wdorkoskey,
This is Una from support. Terribly sorry about the late reply, but thanks for voicing out this concern.
We’ll be honest – before coming across this message, we had no idea the alignment feature was blocked in the Lite version, as we’ve never received this complaint before. I checked it out further and you’re right. It isn’t available on PBS Lite. I showed this to our team, and they were surprised as well as alignment should be included as a very basic feature.
Anyway, Benjamin, PBS’ creator, is currently working to update the lite version so that it’s included.
We rely a lot on our customers’ feedback, and want to assure you that this was an honest mistake on our team’s end. We have no intention of breaking our customers’ trust, whether they’re on the paid or free version of PBS. We’re truly sorry this issue’s upset you, but thankful that you voiced out this concern at the same time.
If you could leave your e-mail, we’d be more than happy to alert you when the updated lite version is available.
Kind Regards,
UnaHi Simon, thanks for reaching out to us! We apologize for the late reply. We just checked our database and don’t have any records so far of anyone using the Grid Magazine theme. We can try and test it out for you on our sandbox though, and will let you know soon. 🙂
Hi Alok. Right now, it isn’t possible yet, but we’re actually in the process of expanding our APIs, so you’ll definitely be able to achieve this in the near future. We can’t give out an exact date just yet- probably around January or February, but again that’s just tentative. If you like though, you can contact us again by then for any updates, or sign up to our newsletter (http://pagebuildersandwich.com at the bottom of the page) as we’ll definitely be announcing it there. 🙂 Thanks for reaching out!
Thanks, Gifford! This is really great feedback. I’ve compiled this list of issues and submitted them to Ben, and that the team’s looking forward to working on them. Really helpful!
We get what you mean regarding some of the UX stuff you’ve mentioned though, and how it can get frustrating at times- especially the margins and paddings thing. Rest assured that it’ll definitely be implemented in our future updates, hopefully soon! Quick tip in the meantime: you can press the shift key on your keyboard while adjusting margins and paddings so that the sizes are adjusted to numbers divisible by 10 while dragging. 🙂
We’re sorry about the support hours as well. It’ll probably be a while before we can operate 24/7 (or at least in East Coast US). We hope we’re able to make up for it with quality support for now, though! 🙂
Anyway (and more importantly), our team’s been discussing what you mentioned last week regarding the pull requests, and we were wondering if you’d be interested in joining a developer-only area for Sandwich? We’re thinking of setting a new one up in Slack, since we do want our developer community to grow, so we’re planning of compiling and uploading all of our builds somewhere for trusted devs to access. Let us know, Gifford! Thanks again for all the feedback, we appreciate it a lot!

In reply to: [Page Builder Sandwich – Front End WordPress Page Builder Plugin] Seems buggyHi there Pasnow,
Thanks for reaching out to us! This actually shouldn’t be happening even on the free version or the demo version of Page Builder Sandwich. Our best guess is that there could be a conflict going on with the theme that you’re using, or possibly an unupdated externa lplugin. To be absolutely sure (and if it’s alright with you), we might need your login information so that we can trace the exact source of the error.
You can send us a separate support ticket on support@pagebuildersandwich.com if you’d prefer to send over your login and if you’d like for us to take a closer look at the issue.
If not, you can try deactivating the theme you’re using, or manually deactivate some of your plugins to see which one is causing the error. It might take some time if you have a lot of plugins installed, though.
Hope this helps, Pasnow!
Hi, Prafulla!
Yes, this is expected behavior. No worries though, I’ll be noting this and will bringing this up to our developers to see if we can do anything about it in our future updates. Thanks for the feedback, though! It’s highly appreciated. 🙂

Hello, Fraser!!
We checked the recent version of PBS with Divi and saw that there’s no problem with the UI.
If you still encounter the same problem, it will be very helpful if you can show us how to reproduce the setup. Then we can add some fixes for it.We’ve also been working on more UI improvements for PBS. Our next update will also make the UI easier to use as it will lessen the clicks needed to customize your elements. 🙂

In reply to: [Page Builder Sandwich – Front End WordPress Page Builder Plugin] IE 10 issueHey Boertje!
Thanks for checking out Page Builder Sandwich! 😀
Our plugin was built to support some features that is mostly available in modern browsers, this means we have to drop the support for IE10. Supporting older browsers would mean that we’ll have to compromise with the features that we can implement.
What we wanted is to provide everyone the best user experience as we can. This will mean that we’re focusing on supporting browsers that the majority is using. 🙂
If you have more questions, we’re just a reply away and we’ll be glad to help!
Cheers,
AlyssaHi Pitros,
This feature is understandable. Adding an option to enable/disable shortcuts will be a good idea on this one.
I’ll note your concern and inform our developers. Thank you for the heads up! 🙂Hello amirrzd!
The Pointer Events is used to make the link ‘unclickable’ so users can drag the element.
This behavior happens as long as you are logged in and if the ‘Edit with Page Builder Sandwich’ is around. But we are going to change this behavior on the next version. We’ll make it so that this only occurs when you are editing the page.
Regards! 🙂
Hi emangham,
The Admin Bar should be visible in order to edit your page with Page Builder Sandwich.
You can make the Admin Bar visible by going to your profile and tick the ‘Show Toolbar when viewing site’ checkbox.Kind Regards! 🙂

Got any problem, question or suggestions?
Send us an e-mail at: support@pagebuildersandwich.comHi Alex,
Google Map API is no longer needed for PBS itself as we have our own Map element.
As for the stuck in loading, please check our latest version and see if this problem is still existing. If it does, please do send us a Console Screenshot in the Support System.
We’ll investigate on it as soon as possible.***

Send us an e-mail at: support@pagebuildersandwich.comHello Brent,
I know this might be too late for reminding. But the Custom Classes and IDs can now be found via Row Properties/Column Properties in the Premium Version.
