In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] you have to pay to use itHi
It seems there is a misunderstanding.
The free version of the Discount Rules plugin has a significant number of features that help you achieve a number of scenarios. Here is the list of features in the free version: (We have also given this under a separate heading in the plugin description)- Percentage based discounts in WooCommerce
- Store-wide global discount
- Bulk / volume / tiered discounts. Quantity range based tiered pricing percentage discount (Example: Buy 3 to 7 quantities, get 10%, Buy 8 to 12 quantities, get 20%)
- Cart based percentage discount (Example: Spend more than $1000, get 10% discount)
- Order subtotal based discount
- Number of line items (count) based discount (Example: Purchase 4 different products or variants and get 10% discount)
- Exclude selected products from discount rules (product price based rules)
- Date based discount (validity)
If you can let us know the discount scenario you are trying to achieve, we can help you with it.
And yes, we do have a PRO version (for a small fee) with more features that cover more discount scenarios. This helps us to meet the development and maintenance costs, actively support the customers, support the developers and their families to pay the bills.
Thanks for the understanding. Really appreciate it.

In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Confliction with Smart couponsHi
That was the V1 interface of the plugin.
About a month ago, we had introduced a V2 interface with a completely modern codebase and a number of updates. It also solves the conflict. Here is a guide on migrating from V1 to V2
https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/4006520-switching-to-2-0-from-v1-x-versionsHere is a guide on the Bundle discount using the V2
https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/3809899-bundle-set-discount-discount-rules-2-0However, if you would like to remain in the V1 interface: (Follow the steps below ONLY if you want to stay in the V1 interface)
1. Please add this small snippet that will solve the conflict with smart coupon (You need this only if you like to use the V1 interface)

In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Calculate rule on subtotal not total?Hi
My I know the type of discount scenario you are using ?
Are your prices “inclusive of taxes” or excluding taxes (I mean the WooCommerce -> Tax configuration )In general, when you use a price adjustment type rules, the discount applies using the same concept as the WooCommerce’s Regular Price – sale price calculation.
In you use any cart adjustment types, they work like the WooCommerce’s default coupons. Also is it possible to provide us a screenshot of the rule configuration and the cart page ?
This will help us understand better and guide you.
Thanks

Just wanted to confirm. Are you using the old interface where you have “Price discount rules” ?
If yes, can you please try switching to the new 2.0 version and the interface ?
In the new 2.0 interface, a customer specific discount like like this:

Hi
The specific customers condition is a pro feature and is available in the pro version only. I am so sorry that we do not have have this option in the free version.
We have given separate list of free features and pro features in the description.
If you are looking for such a condition in a free plugin, you may want to consider checking other plugins in the market. I am so sorry that we do not have this in the free version. Thanks
