Hi
Thank you for reaching out.
At the moment, we do have a basic option for showing a message on cart or checkout page when they reach a threshold of the subtotal in the PRO version.
Just wanted to stress again: it is a basic level option.Example:
Say, you have a subtotal based rule: Spend $100 or more, get 10% discount.
Then when the customer cart total is $90, you can show a message like spend $10 more to get a 10% discountIn the Settings page, you can enable the option to show “Subtotal based promotion text”. Once done, when you create a rule and select the subtotal condition, you can see this option:
https://www.evernote.com/l/AjxfSYDAoahLU7EkcdKvxhetrTC2VNaagmMHere is a guide on offering a free product based on subtotal:
https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/3977542-subtotal-based-free-product-2-0However, we do NOT have an option to list the free products in the cart page or checkout page to manually choose from. You may have to create a separate page to list the free products on offer and ask the customer to visit the page to choose the offer.
Hope this helps
Thanks

In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Buy 3 Pay for 2Since the Buy X Get Y type is used with the cheapest option, the adjustment occurs at the pricing level for the same product. Buy X Get Y rule primarily covers buy any combination of product A, B, C or D… Not necessarily 3 Product A.
So when a customer buys Product A, B, C, then the cheapest among them is given free. In this scenario, the cheapest show in a separate line.Even if the same product is purchased in 3 quantities, the customer only pays for the 2 products. If a cost of a product is $11, customer will only pay $22. In other words, he pays for 2 items.
If you are looking to make this offer to the Same Product type, then the best way is to use the Buy X Get X type.
If you can try the Buy X Get X type, you have the option to show the free product in a separate line item.
Example: https://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/3810071-buy-one-get-one-free-buy-x-get-x-discount-rules-2-0NOTE: You will need to switch to the 2.0 for this purpose. This feature is available in the 2.0 interface we introduced.
I see that you have the rule that is created in the 1.x legacy interface.I am so sorry that it is not possible to show the free product as a separate line item in the Buy X Get Y – Cheapest condition (All products, category options). I am so sorry that we do not have the “separate line” option in these types.
It is possible in Buy X Get X, and Buy X Get Y (selected products – auto add mode).
Hope this clarifies your doubts.

In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Buy 3 Pay for 2Hi
Is it possible to open a support ticket at our website providing your discount rule configuration and url to a product for us to check ?
Also may we know the discount type you are using ? You may want to use the BOGO (Buy X Get X type) if you would like to show the free product on a separate line.
Here is a guide with example:
