In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Discount for Multiple MealsHi
Thank you for reaching out.
I guess, you might have set up this scenario using the Bulk discount type.
In the free version, you can set a flat discount or a percentage discount.
But what you would need is a “Fixed price per unit” for these quantity ranges.
This condition is available in the PRO version.
Here is a guide:

Please open a ticket at our support section if you have any further questions.
Happy to assist 🙂Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Failing Some PHP Compatibility ChecksHi
That was an Input sanitisation library which supports both PHP 5.x versions and the 7.x versions. That is, it has a if else conditional statement to run the sanitisation based on the PHP versions.
So please do not worry. Our plugin is fully compatible with the 7.x versions.
If you are in doubt, you can check the file in question and you can see the version checksThanks
Hi
Thank you for reaching out.
Do you have any other pricing rules active for these specific products that are taking the priority over ?Is it possible to open a ticket at our support section so that we can assist you with this further?
Also, in Version 2.0, we have an Exclusive Option included. This feature helps you achieve scenarios such as this. When the first rule applies, it will ignore all other rules.
If you can open a ticket at our support section, one of our support engineers can help you with this.
Thanks

In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Strike through the prices in price listWas this related to the issue you have posted earlier ? The one where you said “you were using “a WP plugin” to display the prices ?
May I know the version of the Discount Rules plugin you are using ?
Is it possible to provide the screenshots of your rule configuration ?Thanks
Thank you for the response. Really appreciate it.
It is possible to achieve this via our plugin. You might have to create one rule per product.
You will have to create a bulk quantity type discount and set up the ranges like1 to 2 quantity – 1% discount
3 to 4 – 2% discount
and so on.
Here is an example: https://www.evernote.com/l/Ajx7O55jugZPWa42UTFbrgCFg13YjO5jbpgNOTE: The count should be set to “Individual product” so that the discount is applied per product quantity count.
Also, if multiple products share the same discount percentages, then you can just create one rule for all those products.
Example: Product A, B, C and D get the following discount range:
1 to 3 – 2.5%
4 to 6 – 3%Then it is sufficient to create one rule and add all these products to that rule. If you can group such products, then you can achieve this scenario with just a few handful of rules itself.
You can try this using the free version itself as it comes with a bulk quantity discount type.
Please try the free version and see if it helps you 🙂
Thanks

In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Not showed discount prices (crossed-out)Hi
Thank you for reaching out.
I guess it is a grouped product. The individual products list seems to be showing the crossed-out original price and the discounted price since the discount always apply at the individual product level.is it possible to open a ticket using our support form ? We can check with our developers and see if it is possible to show a strike out prices for the grouped product’s prices.
Really appreciate it.
Thanks

In reply to: [Discount Rules for WooCommerce] Exclude product from cart discountHi
Thank you for reaching out.
After installing our plugin, Switch to the 2.0 version.
And then you can configure something like this to exclude one or more specific products: https://www.evernote.com/l/AjwSpCVGuxtA-qjExHi_Z02vBXobmxkXAhkPRO version allows you to exclude categories in a similar way.
Hope this helps.
