At the moment, we do not have a group buying option (that is when multiple customers purchase at the same time)…
However, we do have a user role based discount… So you can offer a special discount for customers in a user role. Example: Discount for Wholesale customers.You may want to check the plugins directory as there are quite a few plugins that offer a group buying option. But at the moment, we do not have any compatibility with these plugins, unfortunately. I am so sorry.

When you say, people buy in groups, you are using some sort of a plugin that allows this group buying?
If yes, may I know the name of the plugin. Let’s check the compatibility and let you know.And yes. you can translate the plugin into Brazilian Portuguese.

It appears there is a misunderstanding.
We do have the BOGO (Buy One Get One – also referred as Buy X Get X, Buy X, Get Y ) in the PRO version of our plugin.
The free version does not offer this feature. We have this listed under the PRO version features in the description. We have listed the free and pro version features under separate headings for a better understanding.

Yes… This is possible in the PRO version.
You will need to use the BOGO type discount (Buy X, Get Y ) for this purpose.
Here is a sample configuration:
https://www.evernote.com/l/AjzKx5M7-XdEdbKaYLiayiH_ZjxoRHCuCc0NOTE: This applies the 25% discount to the cheapest item in the cart… so that you dont give away discount on a high value item just because it is added first.

Our developers are trying to re-produce the issue locally… So far we could not… but we will keep trying and see what could possibly causing this issue.
It is the first time we are coming across such an issue.
