In the plugin settings, there is a field where you can enter any title instead of a generic word (discount). Example: You can enter it as : Payable in cash upon arrival
Unfortunately, the minus symbol cannot be removed as it is automatically supplied by the WooCommerce (since it is passed as a discount)

My sincere apologies if there is a misunderstanding about the features. We have made a sincere effort to mark all those PRO features (under the Discount Types and Features heading). May be if we classify within the heading, it would improve the readability. We will be doing that to add more clarity.
It would be great if you could let us know what led you to the misunderstanding. It would help us add more clarity to the description.

Thank you for reaching out. It seems the YITH request quote plugin might not be using the standard hooks that allow discount plugins to run.
I am so sorry… May be you can check with the YITH quote developer to incorporate the same kind of hooks as the woocommerce actual cart has ?Thanks
