And thank you for the detailed feedback and suggestions.
We will include these improvements in the upcoming releases and make the strings better for the translations.Based on Mikael and Samuel’s suggestions in the earlier thread, we have fixed the missing strings, special character issues and translation related issues.

Update: We have the missing strings fixed and also updated the translation file.
We are testing it now and looking to publish the update tomorrow 🙂

As we discussed via email, I have just sent you the updated package with the fix for the special characters display.
Now you can directly enter the special characters in the title and description and they would show correctly in the storefront display.Please do check and let me know.

As we have discussed in the email, we are looking to release an update with the fix this week.As soon as we sorted out the special characters, i will notify you here and also via email.
And yes, Intercom is still have a bit of deliver-ability issues for certain email providers including MSN (all Microsoft flavoured email services), while most of the Gmail, Yahoo, AOL are working fine.

Please go to the plugin settings and set the Force Refresh cart widget to YES and save. And check if that solves the issue.
