@allegrojane There are two separate sets of instructions in that link. One is to add global attributes (available for all products), the other one is to add custom attributes per product. You seem to be mixing the two.

The options to Select all and Select none only appear if you are adding global attributes to your product, which you have created previously from Products > Attributes > Add New.

When you are adding custom attributes directly in the product, they need to be separated by a vertical pipe, which is this character: |.

You said you are trying to separate values with a comma, and this is incorrect. Values separated with a comma will not be recognized as different items. Refer to the instructions on that document, and you’ll see there’s an example of how to separate values: Small | Medium | Large.

The vertical pipe is what separates them, not a comma.

    I hope that helps!

@wp_doubt It’s hard to be able to troubleshoot this type of issues without being able to reproduce them. If it works correctly when you try to replicate it, it’s not possible to know what happened when the customer placed the order.

It might be a good idea to reach out to them to investigate what happened. Were they asked to select a shipping method? Did they see any errors? Then maybe you can learn something that can help you reproduce this or give you clues about what happened when they placed the order to cause this.

@soup13 Out of the box, WooCommerce does not have a feature that would allow the printing of shipping labels. That would require a separate plugin.

Do you know which plugin you are using? Perhaps it is the WooCommerce Services plugin?

In that plugin, when you are creating the label, you get the option to see and edit the origin address. There you can edit the name field. A name is required, but you can edit it to be whatever you want:

If you are using the WooCommerce Services and you have more questions about it, I’d recommend posting in the corresponding support forums.

I’ll be closing this thread, since this is the forum for questions about the main WooCommerce plugin.

@krgauravit007 Can you provide more details about what you are trying to achieve? I don’t fully understand what would the button you want to add do (just change the status of the order o cancelled?) and where would you like that button to be displayed.

If you can share a screenshot, that would help.

It does sound like what you are looking for would require customization, but the more details we have the easier it’ll be for other members of the community to chime in.

@kakasniper Can you provide more details about the issue you are reporting? Where is the variation image not changing, or how would you expect it to change?

The more details we have the issue, the easier it’ll be for other members of the community to chime in. 🙂

@mattsingley Can you elaborate on how are you shipping zones configured? I don’t think the nine-digit code will be recognized unless it is specifically part of the shipping zone configuration.

So, for example, if you have configured a shipping zone for the zip code 90008, but at checkout the customer enters zip code 90008-0051, it won’t be recognized as part of the zone – since it does not match the configured zip code exactly.

The shipping zone would have to specifically include the code 90008-0051 for it to be recognized.

@kylejwilson This support forum is intended for questions and issues about the core WooCommerce plugin.

If the developer of the Lottery plugin you are using is unable to offer developer support, I’d recommend the following places for more development-oriented questions:

    1. WooCommerce Slack Community: https://woocommerce.com/community-slack/
    2. WooCommerce FB group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/advanced.woocommerce/

If the community over there is unable to help, you may consider more hands-on coding help and reach out to one of WooCommerce’s customization partners:

    https://woocommerce.com/customizations

They’d be able to give you a clearer idea about the scope of the project and quote you for their services.

@amithwijesiri Can you elaborate on why is a redirect necessary? Where did you configure that redirection? When I try to visit autogate.keynode.lk/shopping I’m taken to the following address instead:

    https://autogate.keynode.lk/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fautogate.keynode.lk%2Fshopping%2F

Out of the box WooCommerce doesn’t add a redirect like this, it should go straight to the URL that is entered, so you’ll want to look for plugins or other tools that may have added that redirection.

Out of the box there is a setting that you can use to enable AJAX on the add to cart button.

This setting can be found under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Add to cart behavior:

However, I’ll say I’m not sure that will work for the Avada shortcodes as you described. Your theme might have settings overriding that configuration.

You can try on a default WooCommerce archive page (like the shop page, or a category page), with the Storefront theme, and see if that works. If it works under that default setup but not with your custom configuration, then you know it’s something in the theme/shortcodes you are using.

@wp_doubt I’d recommend trying to reproduce the issue first, so that hopefully you can narrow down the problem and identify the variables that allow this to happen.

It sounds like it’s only been one order that came in like this. If you try to place an order that is identical to the one that you received, does it allow you to create it without selecting a shipping method?

I only have the billing address and not both the billing and the shipping address.

Out of the box, WooCommerce will not ask customers to enter a shipping address or select a shipping method if all the products they are checking out have been configured as virtual (not physical). You could check if that is the case with the items on that order.

This is the support forum for questions and issues related to the core functionalities of the WooCommerce plugin. Given that the option to Edit with Elementor is added by a different plugin, that’s something we can’t advise on.

We’d recommend reaching out to the Elementor theme to see if they can provide any insight about reasons this error could happen when trying to edit a particular element. They might be able to point you in the right direction.

Out of the box, WooCommerce does not have a feature that supports adding a “Brand”. I’m assuming this functionality is being added to your store by a plugin you are using.

This is the support forum to get help related to the main WooCommerce plugin. We’d recommend reaching out to the developer of the plugin that adds this feature to your store, or looking for the support forum of that plugin (if it’s a WordPress.org plugin).

    I’m closing this thread now.

I’m not sure of what is the icon that is missing, or where are you expecting it to show up. Can you share a screenshot of this icon, and indicate where were did it disappear from?

I’m not sure if this is something that is added by WooCommerce or by a plugin/theme.

@ibertrix What is the behavior you are looking for? I’m not sure I understand the issue.

When the button is clicked, is the product not added to the cart? Or are you wanting the customer to be redirected to a different page?

@graftedin Version 4.0+ of WooCommerce incorporates a new dashboard we call WooCommerce Admin. You can find this by navigating to WooCommerce > Dashboard. Stats for your store will be displayed there, as well as under the new Analytics top level menu item.

Data on those new dashboard will start being populated with new orders that come in after you update to WooCommerce 4.0+. If you want past data from orders, products, and customers that were created before you updated to this version, that’s what you would import your Historical Analytics Data for, so that it can be shown on the new dashboard and analytics.

If you don’t import the historical data, then only new orders will register there, no past ones.

    I hope this helps clarify.
