Hi @porodmed,
Our controller is based on the Product and Cart page only. If you want to add the controller to any sidebar or off-canvas maybe you have to customize the code.
Could you please share your website link? How do you use the sidebar/off-canvas cart? is it from your theme? Which Theme you’re using?
Let us know, please.
Regards

Hi @kailashaddanki,
Greetings! Hope you are well.If it happens from your cache plugin, then you have to exclude the CSS and JS files of ElementsKit from being optimized by your cache plugin, you can add the following URLs to the exclusion list of the cache plugin:
Exclude from CSS: "/wp-content/plugins/elementskit-lite/widgets/init/assets/css/widget-styles.css" Exclude from JS: "/wp-content/plugins/elementskit-lite/widgets/init/assets/js/widget-scripts.js"After that, clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare), and regenerate CSS & Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools (screenshot).
Either you have to uncheck the minify CSS/JS files option in your cache plugin.
Hope it will help.

Hi @minelli,
Hope you are well. Thank you for your suggestion. It seems that the issue is related to the basic attribute controller of WooCommerce and HTML number input. Not a mandatory thing and we haven’t customized the attribute with data, so it’s likely an initial min/max controller behavior.
We appreciate your understanding.

In reply to: Dropdown menu out of screenHi,
If the dropdown menu extends beyond the screen, you can solve this by custom CSS of a maximum height and enabling vertical scrolling. This will allow users to scroll through the menu items without the dropdown extending beyond the screen. Here’s a screenshot for reference.
Additionally, if you have a large number of menu items, you may want to consider using a MegaMenu for better organization and navigation.

Hi @loccol,
Greetings! Hope you are well.
The image size settings are typically managed in WooCommerce under “Product > Product Image” [screenshot]. Unfortunately, the ShopEngine Product List widget doesn’t have a separate image size controller. Therefore, it will display the original image size that you upload.

Hi,
Thanks for the update. Please make sure that there is no internal conflict with the Theme and Plugins you’re using. Run a plugin/theme compatibility test:
– Switch to a default WordPress theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor, and check if it resolves the issue or not.
– Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for ElementsKit and Elementor and see if the issue persists.
– Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

Hi @net4earning,
Greetings! Hope you’re doing great.
In most cases, it happens due to a cache or Elementor update issue. To troubleshoot the issue, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that you’re using the latest versions of the Elementor Page Builder plugin.
2. Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
3. Regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot].
Kind Regards

Hi @stanhillalsim3,
Greetings! Hope you are well. Sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your detailed explanation. The ElementsKit Nav widget offers two options for the dropdown menu: “Hover” and “Click” [screenshot]. When using the “Click” option with a one-page scroll, the dropdown will open and scroll to the relevant section. The dropdown will stay open until the next click, which is the expected behavior for the Click toggle.
To address your concern, please switch to the “Hover” option instead of “Click.” You can refer to this video [link] for guidance. This adjustment should resolve the issue you’re experiencing.
Kind Regards
Arif
