Hi @eddievet,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot. It seems there might be some confusion regarding the description box you’re referring to. Could you please clarify whether you’re using the classic editor or a different editor? Yes, you should get a GetGenie button on the description box [screenshot].
Please follow the above steps and check that there is no internal conflict on your end.

Hi @eddievet,
Could you please share a screencast of how you reproduce the issue? Please make sure that there is no internal conflict on your end.
– Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except for GetGenie AI and see if the issue persists.
– Reactivate the plugins one by one to identify if any of them are causing conflicts. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
Let me know your update after applying the above steps, please. I’m not sure which email you’re talking about. But you can reach out to support forum from plugin details page > Need a Support link.
Best Regards
Arif

Hi,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot. I can see your input fields have an extra CSS class ‘mf-conditional-input’ [screenshot]. I would request to remove the fields and insert them again, to see if the issue persists or not.

Hi @eddievet,
Yes, you can do that. To access GetGenie AI templates, you have to set the user role as Shop Manager, Author, Editor, etc [screenshot].

Hi @tang01,
I’ve checked your contact form, all fields are set to required [screenshot]. It hardly possible to submit submit the form without filling in these required fields. I recommend checking if your WordPress, theme, and plugins are up to date. If the issue continues, please keep us updated.
Kind Regards
Arif

Hi @yydevelopment,
WP Social Login creates a user account when someone logs in via Google or Facebook. Unfortunately, there isn’t a conditional feature for this purpose.
We value your feedback and request you to submit this as a feature request on the plugin details page. If it aligns with our goals, we’ll certainly consider adding it in a future plugin update. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

Arif
Hi @insideinside,
Thank you for taking the time to resolve this issue. It’s possible that the problem is related to the cache plugin. Clearing the cache and unminifying the CSS and JS files should resolve it.

Arif
Hi @javajiver,
I’ve seen your form page. The error appears even without selecting the options. It may happen due to your cache plugin.
Please clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time. After that, regenerate CSS and Sync your Elementor libraries from Elementor > Tools [screenshot].
