If you can ssh, can you check if wp-content/plugins/official-facebook-pixel/vendor/techcrunch/wp-async-task/wp-async-task.php exists? I can’t think of a reason why this would get deleted suddenly.
And, we have a new version of the plugin (2.0.2). Can you see if upgrade solve the issue?
Facebook for WooCommerce is a different plugin. You would want to post this to https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/facebook-for-woocommerce/
