Yes that is possible but it requires more customization on your end via our official developer docs. Each store pages can be loaded with different page-id to allow different routing depending on store owners.

You will need to be an admin of the pages you want to select in order for it to show up during the setup dialog.

Could you try clearing your website cache and try again? If the issue persist, could you provide your FB Page URL/ Website URL where you are trying to setup the plugin?

Could you share the website url where you are seeing this issue? Most likely there’s some other plugin settings that override the messenger chat plugin. By default, it should show up on all pages.

Hi,
You can follow our developer documentation to make advance changes. The wordpress plugin doesn’t provide a direct way to modify that. If you are comfortable with directly editing the wordpress html/css files, you can set the greeting_dialog_display to hide.

Moving the icon is not officially supported yet. You can however inspect the plugin icon and edit/override the CSS directly yourself.
Could you let us know which of your website that is facing this overlapping icon issue?
