Chat Bubble Text Not Changing on Mobile

    I have this plugin on my page pottspest.com and I am trying to change the pop up text. I changed it in the plugin settings and it’s changed on the desktop version but it hasn’t changed on mobile. How do I get it to change on mobile?

    I’m having the exact same issue on 2 different websites. Is there a problem of compatibility with the new wordpress 5.4 update? @facebook

    I’ve noticed it also doesn’t update on Private Tabs, or when the browser has no information about the user when he is not connected to Facebook throught the same browser.

    Seems to work on most Android devices, but never works on iPhone.

    Could you provide the following details so we can investigate?
    – Expected pop up text.
    – Screenshot on the view in desktop
    – Screenshot on the view in mobile

    Basically, it pops up the default text for most browsers, private navigation and mobile. We want to display the custom text on every single platform.

    I thought it was a cache issue at first, but its not a cache issue, and it only does that on WordPress new version 5.4
