Facebook TeamThanks for the question. Upon checking, it looks like you have multiple setups of the plugin that are conflicting with each other.

search for “fb-customerchat” and you will find that it was setup 6 times. (manually, via this wordpress plugin, and woocommerce plugin)Our recommendation will be to removing conflicting setups and then retry the setup again via the wordpress plugin. You will not need to manually copy paste any code to the body as that part is done automatically after completing the setup flow.

Based on our check, it seems like you don’t have the plugin installed yet. Could you go through the setup flow https://prnt.sc/tu1qdw (by selecting the page, color, etc) and the code will automatically be installed on your website. If you are seeing any issue/error while going through the flow, please let us know.
