Hi @bdcoast,
We tested it on both Safari and Chrome via a laptop. Could you share a screencast showing the issue you are facing?

Facebook TeamHi,

Facebook TeamHi @eldeadache,
Thanks for the feedback. We currently doesn’t support resizing option. As for minimize by default, you can further customize it following the guide here https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/facebook-chat-plugin#customization. You can do this by changing the greeting_dialog_display attribute.

Facebook TeamHi @carriegoh,
Thanks for the feedback and the thorough test on various browsers. Most likely when you can’t “Log in to Messenger”, this is caused by the browser settings disabling cookies. You might want to check whether the browser itself is blocking any cookies. If browsing on incognito/private mode, this behavior is expected because in incognito mode, cookies are not supported.
As for Internet Explorer, the plugin currently doesn’t support internet explorer as mentioned in the guide https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/facebook-chat-plugin#browser_support
Let us know if you have other questions.

Facebook TeamHi @imranalirashid,
Thanks for the feedback. Currently the plugin doesn’t support moving the position.
However, you can check out some of the community’s post and see how they leverage some CSS override to move the plugin.Regards
Facebook TeamHi @monoarul,
It should appear for both logged in and logged out user. Could you let us know the website URL where you are seeing this issue so we can look into it further?

Facebook TeamHi @bdcoast,
Thanks for the details. We tried to repro it and it seems like the “add to cart” button is shown even when we hover over near the bottom right of the plugin icon. https://streamable.com/7a478d

Facebook Team.Hi,
What is the website URL where you are seeing this issue? Did any error appear when you try to install it via the official plugin?

Facebook TeamHi,
The WordPress setup function currently doesn’t allow per page customization. However, you can look into how to apply some advance customization here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/facebook-chat-plugin
In particular, you will need to override the logged_in_greeting and logged_out_greeting properties in each page where you want it to be different than the default.

In reply to: [Facebook Chat Plugin - Live Chat Plugin for WordPress] Overlapping in MobileHi @hellozihad,
Thanks for the report. Did you manually override any of the css settings? Usually that is one of the potential reason on why the plugin is not rendering correctly.
