In reply to: [Facebook Chat Plugin - Live Chat Plugin for WordPress] Current page URLHi @vaikis,
Unfortunately it’s not currently possible to pass any reference parameters per-page. I’ll ensure this feedback is considered by the team, however.

Hi @jamesradcliffe,
I’ve taken a look at your web site, and the Chat plugin appears to be loading up fine for me! I guess you were able to resolve your issue?
I’ll make this as resolved, but let us know if you’re still experiencing any issues.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Facebook Chat Plugin - Live Chat Plugin for WordPress] Office HoursIf you didn’t want messaging to be available at certain times, I guess you would need to disable the plugin. However, you could also simply leave it active, and reply to the messages when you’re online. Conversations persist and don’t expire (though this becomes a bit dicier with Guest mode).
You could explain that replies might not be instantaneous outside of office hours, in your greeting text.
A few options there for you 🙂

Hi @cutemunkey,
Glad to hear you figured it out. And yes – you are correct: The Chat plugin will inherit the same restrictions applied to the Page, so best to relax these if you intend the plugin to be available to all your visitors 🙂
All the best,

Hi @cutemunkey,
It looks like you’ve removed all of them now 🙂 Can you reinstall/reactivate the WordPress plugin version?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Meta pixel for WordPress] Unstable pluginWith each update, we have ensured that the settings are reused, maybe there is another problem, are you using other plugins?
Starting from version 3.0.0, users can configure the plugin with the Facebook Business Extension flow, they just need to click a few times to connect their site to Facebook, instead of copying and pasting pixel id and access token. The plugin will send events from the supported plugins via Pixel and Conversions API. Before they complete this flow, the previous settings are used.
Can you try the latest version(3.0.2)?Hello, we are sorry to read that. We removed the Guzzle dependency from the plugin to solve the problem, can you install the latest version(3.0.2)?

In reply to: [Meta pixel for WordPress] Always need to reconnectHello, we are sorry to read that, each update reuses the settings from the previous version, maybe there is other problem, are your clients using other plugins? Like the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin?
The latest version of Facebook for WordPress uses the Facebook Business Extension to ease the configuration, meaning that your clients can select business assets(business manager, pixel id and ad account) with a few clicks and the connection to Facebook is established, without pasting pixel id or access token. Their sites will send events from the supported plugins via Pixel and Conversions API. Can they try version 3.0.2?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Meta pixel for WordPress] Facebook Event manager doesn’t get any eventsHello, the plugin creates Pixel and Conversions API events for the supported plugins, which are listed in plugin details. It sends Lead events for form creation plugins; and AddToCart, ViewContent, InitiateCheckout and Purchase for e-commerce plugins, like WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads.
If you used Event Setup Tool for pixel events, this events won’t be sent via Conversions API.Forum: Reviews
