Unfortunately we can only help with the Chat plugin in this forum, and are not able to assist with themes. If you’re having issues with the Chat plugin, can you explain what the problem you’re facing is, and share the URL to your site?
Thanks,

Hi @prostr,
The Frequently Asked Questions only display at the very beginning of a chat interaction (i.e. before the user has started to chat with the Page). If there is already an existing conversation in progress, they will not show up.
Hope this clarifies things!

Hi @andrearinaldi82,
I’m not sure I understand the question. Would you be able to explain in a bit more detail what your issue is?
Thanks,

Hi @daresuk,
It’s not an issue specifically with mobile. It’s whether the user is logged in on that particular browser (not just the device), and is recognised by Facebook as being in the target region (that’s the region their account is reporting, which in some cases could be different from where that person is logging in from at the time).
Generally speaking though, having restrictions on the Page does complicate things. Chat plugin works best when a Page is free of restrictions.

Hi @elena7demon,
Having looked into this further, I am still of the position that this is a display issue caused by conflicts with the WhatsApp plugin. Could I ask you to try removing the WhatsApp plugin, and seeing if the Facebook Chat plugin functions correctly then?
Thanks,

Hi @desebal,
Would you be able to provide a URL for your site so we can take a look?
Thanks,

There’s definitely some replies from us in that thread already. Let’s continue in there.

Hi @daresuk,
1) Please see my earlier reply for the solution to this.
2) There’s a kwown issue with Frequently Asked Questions which prevents the answers from being sent when a Messenger thread has been deleted, and a new conversation started. It should work correctly for new users though.
Hope this helps,

Hi @nichikimchi,
The FB Page that your Chat Plugin is connected to is geo-restricted. This means it is only available to users logged into Facebook who are in the allowed region(s) (I’m not able to see it, as I guess I’m not in the target region).
If you’d like the Chat plugin to be available to all visitors (including those not logged in to Facebook), then the geo-restriction would be removed from the Page. This can be done by a Page admin, via the Page settings.
Hope this helps!

Hi @elena7demon,
It looks like you already reported this issue here, and are receiving help: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/messenger-icon-disappear-just-visible-few-seconds/
Let’s keep discussion to that thread if you don’t mind?
Thanks,

Perhaps you’re outside of that region, or not logged in to Facebook on your browser. If you’d like the Chat plugin to be available to all visitors (including those not logged in to Facebook), I would recommend removing the geo-restriction on your Page.
Hope this helps!

There’s not any issue with mobile specifically. You’re probably experiencing that behaviour because you’re not logged in to Facebook on your mobile browser.
