Thank you for the heads-up!
We look forward to hearing from you with some additional details on this issue. πHey David,
Thank you for getting back to us!
The status of this ticket is: Not resolved. We look forward to hearing from you with some additional details on your concerns, but if you don’t get back to us, the status of this ticket will be updated accordingly.
Have you tried disabling other plugins, to see if that fixes the issue?
As mentioned previously, these kind of errors are most likely caused by another plugin conflicting with our plugin and we donβt guarantee compatibility with all plugins you can find on WordPress. Are you still seeing this error with other plugins disabled?
Hey David,
I wanted to check in with you, to see if you were able to solve this issue.
If you still have any questions or concerns that relate to this, be sure to reach out to us at feedback@printful.com, we’d love to hear from you and check in with your concerns in more detail!Hey Olivier,
Thank you for getting back to us!
Could you let us know what happens, when you proceed with the payment?
In theory, after you confirm your PayPal account and payment method, it should redirect you to the store page and add the shipping costs to the product cost accordingly, this seems to be the way it is set up to work.If the amount that is charged from you does not include the shipping cost, I suggest reaching out to PayPal with this concern, to see if they can assist you from their end, as this is not a part of your website that is managed by our plugin.
I hope this helps!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Adding shipping tracking automaticallyHey Prince,
Thank you for reaching out and for offering your feedback, we appreciate hearing from you!
After an order is shipped out, we will send a status update that will appear on the order details, but you would need to set up any customer notifications (like emails) on WooCommerce directly, possibly with the help of some advanced shipping plugin, as we don’t yet have plans to implement such a feature in our plugin. Please keep in mind that we don’t guarantee compatibility with any other plugins.
Feel free to also reach out to us at feedback@printful.com, if you have any additional questions or concerns! π

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Illegal string offsetHey there,

Hey Michael,
Thank you for your feedback!
Although we don’t have any ETA’s on an update to how this works, we have forwarded this information to our developer team.Let us know if there is anything else we could assist you with!
Hey Michael,
Thank you for getting back to us!
You are right, we’ve confirmed with our developer team that this message will also be added to the tracking URL, but unfortunately we don’t yet offer German language settings on our end.It is possible that you could make this work with the help of another plugin, but since we don’t guarantee compatibility with other WordPress plugins, this can result in store sync issues.
Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!
Hey there,
It looks like we missed your reply on this thread.
We wanted to let you know that we truly appreciate your feedback on our new shipping system, as it helps us improve the rates and quality of this service. We have disabled lower quality and untracked rates, which has brought the prices up, but we will continue working closely with carriers to get better deals on shipping prices.
This system will certainly be improved in the future!Forum: Plugins
