In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Poorly integrated into WooCommerceHey there,
WooCommerce has two types of attributes (attributes are the color, size, type of a product, etc.). One of those types is “global” attributes, which are global – meaning they can be applied to products automatically (in bulk) and will be the same across all of these products.
The other type is “individual” attributes – they are individual for every product.
Our plugin currently uses only individual attributes, but we are certainly looking into the possibility of changing this in the future. If either of you have any additional feedback for us, be sure to reach out at feedback@printful.com!

Be sure to let us know, if you encounter this issue again, so we could help with fixing it. 🙂Hey there,
If you’re referring to the fix for the issue you encountered, we won’t be mailing out an update, since this is a relatively rare and minor issue, but we are looking into limiting it’s occurrence and a fix is already on the way.
As long as you are not seeing the same issue currently, everything should be good!No problem!
Good news is that we’ve figured out what’s causing this and will implement a fix asap! 🙂Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and feel free to get back to us via feedback@printful.com any time!
Hey there,
Thank you for the update, that is good to hear! 🙂
We will still be looking into the reasons this could have happened in the first place, to see if there are any updates or fixes we could make on our end, so that it doesn’t repeat on future products. Please let me know if you experience this sort of issue again, that would be highly useful information!

Hey there,
Thank you for getting back to me!
I am also waiting to hear back from our integration developer team, to see if there is anything else we can suggest that would help to deal with this concern.I’ll update you accordingly!
Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out!
Could you let us know how many products are affected by this error? The quickest way to solve this issue would be deleting the affected products and adding them to your store anew, but if too many products are affected, we can also check if there is anything we could do from our end.
Let me know how many products are affected and how you’d like us to proceed! 🙂

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Some orders not importing to PrintfulHey there,
Thank you for reaching out!
We’re sorry to hear that you have encountered such a concern and understand that things like this can negatively affect your business.Something you should check on is whether all of the ordered products have a matching product in your Printful Dashboard by going to your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync (the product should show up under Synced products).
You can see more on this here: https://www.printful.com/faq/general-questions/143-how-do-the-import-order-settings-for-my-integration-work-
If the ordered products are in the “Synced” category, but the order for them did not sync up with us, be sure to reach out at support@printful.com, so we could look into this in more detail!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Syncing problem with PrintfulHey there,
Thank you for reaching out!
After you make the changes in your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync, by editing the product (Select all product variants on the left > Change print file), be sure to press on “Refresh data” in your Printful Dashboard > Stores > Sync (top right), to initiate a faster store update.
I hope this helps!Feel free to reach out to us at support@printful.com, if you’re still not seeing the update!
Hey David,
I wanted to follow up with you, to see if you were able to solve this issue.
We look forward to hearing from you!Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out!
First, I would advise you to re-generate your API keys. You can achieve this by doing the following steps: Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Rest API > Add Key > Permissions > Read/Write > Generate API key (don’t leave the description blank). Then copy both API Key and Secret to Printful > Stores > Edit. Then go to Printful > Stores > Sync > Refresh data.
In case this does not solve your issue, please make sure that your site URL in WordPress Admin > General settings matches the actual website URL.
Alternatively, you need to check/disable any conflicting plugins that would cause this error or reach out to your host for assistance.
I hope this helps!
Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out!
If you have set up an automated integration with us, it is not currently possible to disable the order status updates that we’ll send to your store as soon as the order is fulfilled on our side.
In order to achieve this, you would need to manually place orders on your Printful Dashboard, instead of automating the connection with our plugin.Be sure to reach out to us at feedback@printful.com, if you have any additional questions or concerns!
Hey there,
Thank you for your review, we truly appreciate it!
It sounds like you should increase your system resources to fix this issue for future products, if you were able to push products without encountering issues with JPG images – PNG images are bulkier and will require more resources.Be sure to reach out to us at feedback@printful.com, if you have any additional feedback, as well as any questions or concerns!
