Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out!
Our plugin does not cache your customer data, so you should check if you’ve enabled any cache plugins that would do such a thing and disable those plugins.Hope this helps!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Woocommerce PricesHey Alex,
Thank you for reaching out!
The easiest way to edit your product prices is via your Printful Dashboard > Stores > View store> Select products > Change price.
You can see a screenshot of this here.You can also edit your product prices via WooCommerce, by editing your products in the product list.
If you have any other questions, let us know!

Hey there,
As mentioned earlier, the option to calculate sales taxes for all products listed on your store (including non-Printful products) that ship to states where Printful applies sales tax is an opt-in feature, you are not required to use this feature.
The sales taxes you collect from customers should be remitted to each state in accordance with the laws and regulations in place. That said – if you are collecting sales taxes from customers, you are not passing these taxes to us, but should remit them to each state accordingly.
The taxes you charge from your customers are passed from the customer to the state through you.
In a similar fashion, the taxes we charge from you (our customer) are passed from you to the state through us.We are sorry to hear that you have encountered these concerns and appreciate your feedback on our plugin.
Hey there,
Thank you for getting back to us!
Our plugin is compatible with the newest version of WooCommerce.
The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the web site’s server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is.
We double-checked your error logs to be sure that this is a 500 Internal Server Error, but can’t really assist with solving it, since the error is happening on the hosting side of the server.If your host can share more details on this and whether they believe it has anything to do with our plugin, we would certainly appreciate it!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] About the shipping optionsHey there,
Thank you for your questions!
1) First make sure that your settings are set up correctly in the plugin. You can check out a quick tutorial on how to do that here.
Also make sure that you have enabled the overnight and express rates in your Printful Dashboard > Stores > View store > Settings > Shipping.
If these rates are enabled, you should be good to go, but if you don’t see them upon checkout it’s also possible that we don’t offer overnight or express delivery to that specific destination.2) If you are using our rates, it’s not currently possible to rename them.
Feel free to send us another message, if you have any additional questions or concerns.
You can also email us at feedback@printful.com!- This reply was modified 6 years ago by vita.printful.

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] GreatHey Shayne,
Thank you for your review, we truly appreciate it!
If you have any additional feedback, as well as any questions or concerns, be sure to reach out to us at feedback@printful.com, we’d love to hear from you! 🙂Hey there,
Thank you for sharing your error logs with us!
Our developer team checked in with this and it looks like this is an internal server error that is caused by something blocking the connection on your side. We are not able to see any additional details since the error is happening on the hosting side of the server. It might be caused by a conflicting plugin, theme, firewall settings, server settings, etc.However, you can get in touch with your hosting provider for additional details on resolving this issue!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Product was not addedHey there,
Although we understand your concerns, there is no need to keep a forum ticket open, if you are already in direct communication with our support team.
The initial concern you brought to our attention was already addressed – your API was sending us a ‘Document Moved’ response. This is not an error caused by our plugin, so we recommend checking in with your server’s setup to fix this issue.The most recent issue we are seeing from your store’s side is the ‘woocommerce_rest_cannot_view’ error. Usually, it’s due to one of the following issues:
– Woo API keys used for connecting to Printful are invalid;
– The Woo keys were generated with a non-admin WordPress account;
– There are some security plugins installed that break our connection.Let us know, if you have any other questions or concerns!
Hey Marriah,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Although we don’t guarantee working with all other plugins and won’t add codes from other plugins to our plugin, we do like your idea overall and it’s been forwarded to our developer team.Please feel free to reach out to us directly at feedback@printful.com, if you have any additional suggestions, as well as any questions or concerns!
