Hey there,
Thank you for your review, we appreciate hearing from you!
We’re sorry to hear that you have encountered such an issue, however we have not made any changes in our plugin that would disable you from accessing your API keys on WooCommerce. If you are looking to regenerate your API keys, you can do so by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Rest API > Add Key > Permissions > Read/Write > Generate API key (donβt leave the description blank).
Then copy both API Key and Secret to your Printful Dashboard > Settings > Stores > your Woocommerce store. Then go to Printful > Stores > View Store > Refresh data.We hope this helps!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Show size chartHey @chavindu,
This sounds like a question that relates to your website’s layout/theme, so I suggest reaching out to their support team for additional details on how to make this happen.
From our end – we push size charts to WooCommerce in HTML, so your website’s theme/layout can access that code and make adjustments to how things appear on your website.Hope this helps!

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] PRoducts won’t uploadHey Benny,
Thank you for reaching out!
Have you tried disabling other plugins during product push, as well as pushing the products to your store anew?
Are you receiving any errors during this process? Our customer support team has also forwarded your case to our developer team, to see if there is any way we could assist. Is it possible for you to send us your error logs in a reply to the chat transcript you received via email?
We look forward to hearing from you! π
Thank you for sharing additional information with us!
We’ve also forwarded this information to our developers and will keep this in mind, while working on future updates for the plugin.
Unfortunately, I still don’t have an ETA to share with you on when or whether we will implement such changes in our plugin.Hope you stay safe!
Hey there,
We’ve consulted with our developer team and they think that this is most likely an error caused by your server, since we have not changed how anything works on our side.
This is why we suggest reaching out to your host for help. You can also send us your error logs to feedback@printful.com, so we could confirm that this is an error on your server’s side!
Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out!
This request has been forwarded to our developer team, however we don’t have an ETA on when such a change could take place.
You could probably be able to listen to events related to this and attempt to find the tracking info in the note content, but we won’t have any WordPress hook details to share.Printful does not manually trigger any WordPress hooks or events, when we add tracking information, we only attach a note to the order, using the REST API.
If you have any additional questions for us, feel free to reach out at feedback@printful.com! π

Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out!
Could you let me know whether refreshing your store data via your Printful Dashboard > Stores > View Store > Refresh data helps? When did this issue start happening and did you make any changes in your store’s settings on WooCommerce around that time?
Looking forward to hearing from you! π

It looks like your website is inactive, so our developers could not access it to figure out what could be causing the issues you’re seeing, but if you re-enable it, we can certainly check on this.Feel free to also reach out to us at feedback@printful.com!

Thank you for reaching out!
We are a white label print-on-demand company, so we don’t add our branding to the orders we prepare, nor contact your customers directly.
Any email notifications sent out by us are to you (the Printful account owner) and based on the activity in your Printful account.
You can access your Printful Dashboard > Settings > Notifications to opt in or out of a variety of such notifications. You can refer to the blog post seen here to see how to customize your emails on WooCommerce.

Hey Alex,
Thank you for getting back to us!
Another thing you could try is setting up the connection on a different browser.
First make sure that the API field is clear in the Printful plugin settings on WordPress, before you try to connect your store to Printful.Hope this does the trick! π
Thank you for your review, we appreciate hearing from you!
Our plugin does not cache your customer data, so you should check if you’ve enabled any cache plugins that would do such a thing and disable those plugins. If you believe that this is caused by our plugin, please send us some additional details to feedback@printful.com, so we could check on this in more detail!
