In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] printful woocommerce connection issueHey there,
Thank you for getting back to us!
Could you make sure that the API key in the Printful plugin is clear?
You can see this by accessing Woocommerce -> Printful plugin -> Settings.
If there’s an API key there – delete the API key, hit the save button and try to reconnect.Let us know if this helps! 🙂

We see that you had previously connected WooCommerce with Printful. Could you let us know what were the changes you made to the connection of the store afterwards? You could try following the connection setup anew, there’s a quick video tutorial here.

This is a known bug, which will cause an error message to pop up in your logs, but will not affect the functionality of our plugin.
We’ve scheduled a fix for it, during the launch of our next plugin version.Let us know if you have any additional feedback, as well as any questions or concerns! 🙂
Hey there,

The error you’re seeing usually means that something on your server’s side is creating connection issues. It can either be an unsupported plugin, server issues or a variety of other problems.
If your hosting provider does not see what the issue could be, we can also take a look at your server logs – maybe our developers can spot the issue! You can send us your error logs to feedback@printful.com and we’ll take a closer look! 🙂
That’s great to hear!

Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out with this concern!
It looks like one of your other plugins is blocking the connection to your site – these things are most frequently caused by a security or firewall plugin. If you’re unsure which plugin it could be, you can consider disabling all other plugins, but for Printful and WooCommerce, during product push!
I hope this helps! 🙂

TheSSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificatemeans that we can’t verify the integrity of the SSL (httpS) certificate and assume that the site can’t be trusted. In these cases, we recommend reaching out to your hosting company for a solution.
I hope this helps! 🙂
Hey there,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern!
if you are using our live shipping rates, some locations, like the USA, will require ZIP codes to generate an accurate shipping rate for that area.
If this is something that might cause issues for your customers, you can consider disabling our live rates and setting up your own flat rates in WooComerce.I hope this helps! 🙂

In reply to: [Printful Integration for WooCommerce] Real JokeHey there,
Thank you for your review and for bringing your concerns to our attention!
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to guarantee compatibility between one plugin and all other plugins that you can find on WordPress, as each one of these plugins is developed by different developers.
The request to set up a connection between WooCommerce and Printful can be blocked by other plugins, most often it’s a firewall or a security plugin that blocks access to your site, so we’d suggest disabling those, when you set up the connection. To best address the specific issue you’re encountering, please reach out to our support team at support@printful.com!

Our plugin is compatible with the most recent WordPress and WooCommerce versions, however we don’t guarantee compatibility with any other third party plugins.

As for inventory tracking, if you have enabled automatic stock updates in your Printful Dashboard > Stores > View store > Settings > Orders, as seen here, this could potentially interfere with how the stock levels appear on your product listings.
However, this should not prevent existing orders from syncing up with us.Could you email us at support@printful.com with all of the associated order numbers that were not syncing up with your Printful Dashboard, so we could check on this matter in more detail?
