I’m sorry the first one did not work and the second option is already turned off. I also checked the Tuning to see if the JS is excluded and it is.

Yes, you’re right to check as I don’t know much about it, but that is what I did. I’ve just tried it again to make sure. I also cleared the browser cache before trying the site and tried both Safari and Chrome but no luck.

All working now thank you! I had set up the two filters, one for shop one for product category page, but I hadn’t added both shortcodes to the WooCommerce Sidebar. I’m used to using block themes so I’m not used to working with widgets in that way.

In reply to: [Astra] All my 5 star reviews have become 4 stars!Mine was down to some CSS that I’d added that was affecting the width. If you’re using an Astra theme raise a support ticket on their site. Their support is really good 🙂

Thank you so much for the very detailed and clear instructions. It’s still not working for me, as when I add the switch it doesn’t display properly. I think this must be a plugin conflict or something specific to my site, and so I will investigate that.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I tried another reCAPTCHA v2 plugin that allows you to position it before the payment details instead of after on the checkout and that seemed to make the difference. At least I hope it’s stopped them! I may come back to you if not 😣
Apologies if your plugin has this option, but I was getting a failed order every few minutes by then and I was in a bit of a panic trying anything to block them.
This no longer matters because WPCaptcha did not stop the bots and I’ve had to use a different plugin. Thankfully that seems to have worked!
