In reply to: [Astra] All my 5 star reviews have become 4 stars!I have now set up a staging site and changed to Storefront so that I could investigate properly. I have disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and all caching. The problem does not occur on Storefront. It is not affected by plugins or caching. The products that have 5 star reviews show 5 stars on Storefront. The problem persists in Astra with all plugins disabled.

In reply to: [Astra] All my 5 star reviews have become 4 stars!Hi again Aradhy,
I switched to Storefront briefly, but the review ratings don’t show up at all there.
Thanks,
Emily

In reply to: [Astra] All my 5 star reviews have become 4 stars!Hi Aradhy,
I’m going to have to put this issue on hold as my site is currently undergoing caching optimisation and I can’t switch theme while they are doing that. Can I reply again when I’m able to do that or do you want to close this thread and I’ll open a new one?
Many thanks
Emily
Thank you very much for your very prompt response. That’s great.
I’ll look forward to the update 🙂
Hi Kuldip,
Thanks for getting back to me. Here are the screenshots. If you need any more info, just let me know.

In reply to: [Order Status Control for WooCommerce] Block CartI’ve solved this issue by changing to a different theme with a better classic cart.
Yes, it does thanks. I found it very confusing! Your help is very much appreciated, especially as it turned out to not really be your problem.
Yes thanks. Tested on a variety of browsers over 24hrs and all OK.
Thanks, I’ve done that now. In the meantime, I turned off Guest Mode which really has solved the problem.
I thought it had worked, but this morning the hamburger menu is not responding again. Every other link on the homepage works, and the desktop menu, and every other page, just not the hamburger menu on the mobile homepage.
I think this problem is caused by the plugin Geolocation IP Detection. I had the following selected on the plugin : Enable AJAX endpoint to get the information for the current IP even on cached pages.
I have now added the option: Add JS Helper functions to all pages.
This seems to have solved the problem. Does that sound OK to you? I have minimal knowledge about all this.
Many thanks for your help.
It might be that they won’t occur again now I have deleted the other plugins, but I don’t have enough knowledge to tell.
Great, thanks. Here is the link https://prnt.sc/hZUZ9jy0ozTy.
What do I need to do about it?
Yes, that works on mobile and desktop, in private windows and ordinary ones.
