Hi @danishzaman,
You can’t really do that with Charitable. Is there a particular reason why you want to be able to do that?
Cheers,
EricThanks for the heads up about this Lena!
I’ve made a note of the issue over at https://github.com/Charitable/Charitable/issues/700.
Cheers,
EricNo worries. Thanks @harmr!
Hi @omarperez999,
I’m not seeing the campaign name on this page; I’m only seeing the button. Sorry if I’m missing something! If I am, could you send me a screenshot to clarify where the campaign name is showing?
Cheers,
EricHi @jdhartwell,
It’s possible to achieve this if you use a WordPress multisite network install. Then each country would have its own site within the network, with its own settings:

EricThanks @infaustralia!
Thanks for the review @jtsnow!
Thanks for the great review @tomatos!

EricHi @poivreetsel,
So sorry you’re having problems with the donation receipt. Would you mind telling me how your permalinks are currently set up? You can check this under Settings > Permalinks.
To work around this problem, could you try creating a custom donation receipt page? Here’s a guide to doing this:

Cheers,
EricHi @osamaalani,
We have support for monthly and annually recurring donations, but not weekly (at the moment). This is the extension that adds that functionality:

EricHi @carlogubi,
The “Terms and Conditions” section is added if you have enabled/set one of the following under Charitable > Customize:
– A page for the “Terms and conditions page” setting in the Terms and Conditions panel.
– A page for the “Privacy policy page” setting in the User Privacy panel.
– “Contact consent field” set to “Yes” in the User Privacy panel. You can remove that section by not setting pages for the Terms and conditions page and the Privacy policy page, and setting Contact consent field to No.
Cheers,
EricHi @rmniemela,
Contact Consent is more focused on whether the donor gives permission for you to follow up with them via email/phone/other means. It can be enabled by going to Charitable > Customize and clicking on the “User Privacy” panel.
To control whether donor names appear on the website, you can use our Anonymous Donations extension: https://www.wpcharitable.com/extensions/charitable-anonymous-donations/
If people choose to remain anonymous, their name will not be publicly displayed on the website; instead their donation will be listed as “anonymous”.
Cheers,
EricHi Amanda,
I’m afraid not. Some people have been able to implement it using custom code, but it’s a little tricky so probably something I would recommend hiring a developer to do.
Cheers,
EricHi @nitin247,
The Short Description is very simple by default and doesn’t have WYSIWYG support. However, if you click on “Extended Description” in the Campaign Settings meta box, you’ll see you can use the traditional WordPress editor there.
Cheers,
Eric
