Thanks!I’m sorry. I can’t provide a screen shot because I deleted the plugin when there was no response to my post. But I see I did not cut and paste the entire email. This is what’s missing, showing the “critical problem”.
Critical Problems:
* File appears to be malicious: wp-content/uploads/2013/11/ganteng.htm
Medium Severity Problems:
* Modified plugin file: wp-content/plugins/accelerated-mobile-pages/changelog.txt

I see now that the malicious file is not associated with your plugin. I am sorry for the alarm!Sorry! I think this is resolved. 🙂
It’s baffling! I am admin and have no toolbar. I have an “Editor” who also does not have a toolbar.
However, I have an alternate admin account and the toolbar is there when signed into that account.
The permissions are the same for the two admins. The only difference I a can think of is the alternate admin has no published posts.
Weighing in again. I have the same problem and have not been able to resolve it in spite of much effort.

Hello there,I ran across another user who had this same issue just now. In their case, it was coming from a recent update to the Capability Manager Enhanced plugin.
If you’re running that plugin, try disabling it and then make a test order. See if the order status works correctly then.

Conflicts with woocommerce since update. Orders show as “published” which is not a woocomerece status.

I resolved this problem by trading out the (old) code to embed the video with just the link to it.
