In reply to: [GDPR] E-Mails are not being send – 2.0.6Also experiencing mail issues. I’ve tried to test the user tools but nothing is going through and no requests are being found with the GDPR tools on the WordPress admin area. I’ve tried turning off the STMP plugin I am using, but this has had no positive affect.

In reply to: [GDPR] A few issues following update to 2.04 (and previous)Hi @fclaussen
Oh don’t be sorry (although it’s appreciated). This is still the best GDPR plugin out there.
I can’t send links on a public forum as they are high-profile client sites.
I’m going to see what the next update does and then if it’s still giving issues, I will drop you an email.

In reply to: [GDPR] Styling GDPR pop-up for Privacy PageHi @fclaussen, I have both the policy pages for Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions going to their proper pages but that bar is only showing Terms and Conditions and I would prefer it was to Privacy Policy as that is where people can see our policy, the cookies we have and see their Privacy Preferences.

In reply to: [GDPR] How to shrink preference bar after acceptance?Ah, no problem @kikaweb.
I do agree, it would be good to see the bar reduced to a non-intrusive size once preferences have been saved and then can be opened much more easily if preference changes are needed to be made by the individual users.

In reply to: [GDPR] How to shrink preference bar after acceptance? There’s actually a shortcode you can put on your site. I put it on the top of the Cookie and Privacy Policy page, that lets people know they can review and update their preferences.
Here’s the shortcode:
[gdpr_preferences text=”Privacy Preferences”]

In reply to: [GDPR] Styling GDPR pop-up for Privacy PageSo just updated the plugin on one client site but noticed with the “Some of our policies have been updated” banner, the link is given to the Terms and Conditions Page and I would rather it showed our Cookie and Privacy Policy page, or both links as my Cookie and Privacy Policy page is where all our GDPR info is.
Am I doing something wrong? Thanks as always for your help @fclaussen

In reply to: [GDPR] Styling GDPR pop-up for Privacy PageHi there, just an update on this.
Is there a way to change the background of this pop-up (You know when logged in users visit the site, after first implantation of the plugin, the site is covered from view until people accept or decline the new privacy policies etc.
I looked in the CSS but it’s all showing condensed so making it hard to see the specific background-colur code.
Any help would be gratefully appreciated as the white background for this feature does not work for me.
It may be worth asking if the CSS in the settings can be set to recognise the site CSS for things like this. 🙂
