That is supported. In fact, search is tricky given the high YouTube API cost it could incur. It could open your site from easily reaching the quota by just a handful of visitors searching.

It sounds like you simply have to update your site’s own privacy and terms page with the 3 references you listed. This plugin does not create a privacy/terms page on your site or will attempt to insert text into one.
YouTube/Google controls the ads on videos. Streaming on YouTube is free, so YouTube/Google earns money through ads. They are not controlled in way by this plugin.
People use Vimeo for the very reason you mentioned — i.e. ad-free streaming/hosting. Vimeo’s subscription charges allows them to avoid ads.Hi,
Unfortunately, we’re unfamiliar with that theme. You may try and test with another theme and see if the issue continues. If not, it is likely a theme code issue.
