Channel count not updating

    I’m using this plugin (free version) for quite some time and it’s working flawlessly. Today I found that viewing the videos through the website is not adding the view count in YouTube, but the same video played in same computer directly from YouTube adding to the count. Any idea why it is happening so? I’m using Divi theme and placing the plugin generated shortcode in a code module.

    I like this plugin very much to use in my projects for the ease of using it. But in this project I was in pressure from my client for the missing functionality, but they liked the interface. I replicated the look using Divi modules. I shall once again install the plugin & create a demo page so that you may diagnose the issue.
