Are you using Borlabs or Complianz’s Cookie plugins? If so, they are not compatible with the plugin. Our plugin already has its own privacy options for YouTube, so you can try and see if you can disable operation on YouTube embeds in your Cookie plugin.

We also see that we’ve emailed you in the past about something (at least someone with the same first and last name). How about you just reply to us using that email. Note that this forum is the free plugin’s support area.

You could simply use the option in the plugin’s settings page to stack the thumbnails on mobile by the way:
